This hotel was very nice to stay in. It was clean and modern and made my stay very comfortable. The staff are friendly and were very patient with me while I used google translate on my phone to communicate. A couple of the front desk staff spoke english which was helpful. The hotel is a bit smaller in person than it appears in the photos on the internet, but there was enough space for my needs. The little beach attached is pleasant if you want calmer waters away from the main beach. The food was great, I recommend the mashed potatos! Big breakfast! You will enjoy your stay here.

O lugar é ótimo, apenas acho que os funciinarios foram meio rudes algumas vezes. Eu fui a mergulho as 7:30e. Comentei a noite pro funcionario sobre isso, ele falou que só as 8 era o café. Fui na padaria comer e voltei as 7:20 o café ja esta na mesa. Decidi pegar uns paes de queijo e onde a funcionaria comentou que eles fazem um cafe pro quarto. Poxa! Se eu soubesse disso nao teria ido ate a padaria

O hotel e ótimo , eu gostei muito de me hospedar nele , com certeza voltarei , mais precisa de algumas renovações em alguém aspectos, a colchão da cama estava afundado então não é confortável , ao lado do meu quarto o vizinho tem cachorros que fazem muito barulho de madrugada , latiam a noite toda , parecia que os latidos estavam dentro do quarto , a piscina muito fria nessa época do ano se tivesse aquecimento pra esse época era nota 1000 . Os canais da tv precisa ser atualizados , imagem péssima. Tirando esses detalhes hotel ótimo , funcionários muito prestativos e simpáticos , limpeza dos quartos ótima . Café da manhã super completo .

Foi tudo maravilhoso! Chegamos no hotel fomos muito bem recebidos pelo funcionário da recepção. O nosso quarto estava todo arrumado em um clima bem romântico. O hotel tem uma ótima localização, bem próximo de tudo. Tem uma vista linda para o lagoa do Japonês, uma infraestrutura bem bacana, com duas piscinas aquecidas, tem sauna ( não conseguimos usar pois estava em obras), espaço Kids, comidas e drinks maravilhosos, um café da manhã com bastante opções de alimentos, tudo muito limpo, os funcionários muito educados. E tudo isso como ótimo custo benefício.
