Comfortable house, with 3 qts, in gated residential condominium, full security, facing the garden, fully furnished, air conditioning in two bedrooms, wifi, SKY cable TV, living room, books of varied readings and simply decorated and tasteful. Family-friendly. Accommodation for a maximum of 10 people, including children over seven years: It has 08 beds, one double, four bunk beds, 02 single beds, third bedroom, 02 adult mattresses. We have ten lined pillows.
Daily collection. It is a one-minute drive to Popeye Beach, twenty minutes to Cabo Frio, thirty minutes to Arraial do Cabo and sixty minutes to Buzios.

Há algum tempo minha mãe tinha o interesse em se hospedar neste imóvel lendo comentários e olhando as fotos. Quando finalmente conseguimos... Era ainda melhor do que esperávamos. Casa aconchegante , confortável, Limpa, Organizada e Lúcia sempre disponível para eventuais dúvidas. Condomínio tranquilo, apesar de ser período de férias, não tivemos problemas com barulhos na vizinhança. Infelizmente não conseguimos ficar o tempo que desejávamos, porém, esperamos retornar em breve! Agradeço o carinho e a gentileza que fomos tratados! Abraços.

O imóvel é ótimo é tudo que o anuncio diz. A casa esta sempre sendo renovada, este ano a Lucia colocou Ar condicionado nos quartos o condominio é tranquilo seguro e perto de tudo tanto a pé como de carro e de taxi/uber. Estivemos mais uma vez compartilhando da harmonia da casa 107. Gostaria de parabenizar os proprietários por sempre nos oferecer novidades . A casa foi renovada com com uma pintura linda , todos os ambientes ficam mais aconchantes . Por indicação de passeio, conhecemos a praia de Geriba em Buzios , linda e ha 35 minutos de Iguaba ... indico lindo passeio e o acesso da via é ótimo e fácil.
