This hotel was definitely the most clean yet relaxing and unreal experience. Service was exceptional such nice people and always greeting us. I would say the food options here aren’t as great and pricey but that is expected for being Nobu. The pacific restaurant is one of the dinner choices and I would say the food isn’t as great, in dining was a better experience for me. The Nobu restaurant itself was great and just the same as any other Nobu I had went too. I would definitely visit again if there was more greater food options available especially for dinner.

The wost experience we have had in years. We had a VIP room and there were weddings 3 nights outside our room. 3 nights with no sleep. Drunk people passed out outside our door past midnight moaning. It was like a bad motel from the 80s.The hotel said they would follow up and haven't.

The pros - The property was very nice and clean, the food was outstanding, the views and ambience were amazing Cons - Communication was very poor, the property attempted to charge me an extra $2K when checking in (although my room was already paid for in full) but quickly changed when I pointed out their policy, there was an issue with my name that nobody would ever acknowledge and caused minor embarrassment in certain instances, the restaurant Nobu caused major embarrassment with their payment system not being online, and the staff was pleasant but not very attentive to me as the consumer of products & services. This was a nice adventure all in all but for over $3k for four nights I expected better.

Beautiful property but this isn’t luxury!!!!!
This shouldn’t be classified as a luxury property. Checked in after a long flight and got to our room expecting to relax. We ended up fighting at least 15 house flies in our room. Called front desk to send someone to assist— over 3 hours later a guy shows up to kill them one by one. Then, I paid extra for a private swim up pool, thinking it’ll be a romantic touch… There were huge dead roaches and so sorts of bugs in it morning till night. Called for it to be cleaned, no one ever showed up. So we couldn’t use it. This is not what one would expect from a Nobu brand. It was really disappointing.

This property is in a remote location approximately 40 mins south of Cabo without access to a swimming beach. You are forced to eat at the hotel restaurants that are very expensive and have limited menu options. There was an extra charge for everything even to use of a pool that was part of the hotel. They won’t allow Uber for transportation either and you have to use their expensive taxi service. The property itself is beautiful and very clean with very attentive staff. I would not be visiting again cause I prefer to have more food options and causal dining.

I choose all in lnclusive only to arrive and it is not. Additionally, the staff at the front desk are not as helpful as I would've like. I didn't get the greeting with the damp cloth and complimentary drink when I arrived. Maybe it's based on the room booked. However, I loved the quietness. Especially, since I was there to rest and renew. The rooms are a nice size and the resort cleaniness is always maintained.

Nobu has a great nightly rate for 5 star accommodations. The rooms were large and well decorated. The price once you get in the hotel can be on the high side and don't recommend staying here if you like to venture out of the resort as it's far away!

Too noisy. We took our kids there specifically to enjoy the water slide, mini pool but that was under construction. It seemed like the whole thing was under construction. The noise from construction was too loud to bear. We were there for 5 days, but after the the second day we booked another resort.

The food was amazing and the rooms were very nice and very clean. I’m wondering what type of pesticide is used since dead flys and cockroaches are seen everywhere. How does one kill cockroaches so efficiently? Its not a beach resort. Its a resort on the beach where you are tracked by cameras and security follows you to tell you to come back to the resort. I assume without advertisement or a safety statement, is that it’s not safe for tourists beyond the castle walls. There isn’t much reprieve from the heat save the nicely air conditioned rooms. Three weddings occurred while we were there, a beautiful venue overlooking the beach. Diamante is a good 45 minutes to the marina and taxis are pricey. I love Nobu restaurants and have stayed at the Atlanta hotel which is very nice as well. They also have a lot to work on service coordination. some restaurants like Nobu, Muna, and Nami had the trained staff. The other restaurants needed more service experience. We had one horrible service at The Restaurant, where we were promised an outdoor table next then watched them seat another couple there, then ignored us for the rest of service. We never got drip coffee until our breakfast was done and we flagged down a supervisor.
