Wow, what a place! We have stayed at other all-inclusives before,and this one was by far the best—outstanding dining options, fairly quiet, and an amazing staff. The location is truly unbeatable—a private oceanfront area with humpback whales playing in the distance. We'll be back.

It is a property that is aging and showings its age. Multiple small maintenance issues were obviously skipped over and we had the misfortune of a slip and fall in the room. As the shower was exceptionnaluly slick at just that time, it is my belief that a cleaning product was improperly applied. The MoD arrived and appeared more interested in determining if my parter was at fault (and no, they were stone cold sober) than providing medical assistance. Additionnally, while the food was rather good, the drinks were weak and just not good. I had a better drink at the airport lounge than anything I had at the resort. Furthermore, the resort seems to be having an identity crisis, trying to be both a tranquil peaceful resort, and turning a blind eye to loud party hard guests. As guests there for a tranquil retreat, that was very disappointing.

This was our 8th time there. We LOVE it! We have the best butlers, Gabriel and Dulce! They are one of the main reasons why we keep going back. Amanda, Manuel and Francisco are amazing at the beach cabanas and pool. And, Alfonso is our absolute favorite server at Peninsula.

4/6 visitors got food poisoning (diarrhea and vomit) after day one of eating at the resort. Going to sister resorts major hassle to arrange, had to buy taxi twice. When notified management, got an answer that they provided transportation ‘because they were nice, not because they had to’!!! After our fourth time, I don’t think we will be going there anymore

Second time here and will definitely be making a third trip. Staff was great. Food is excellent across all properties. My only complaint would be there were not a lot of poolside activities as some other hotels I have been at, and even compared to my first trip to Pacífica. Other than that, it was fantastic!

Very clean property. The butler service was incredible, shoutout to Dulce and Gabriel. Best duo! We wanted to bring Dulce home! Food options are just ok. Regular breakfast buffet nothing special but Sunday brunch was wow! Drinks could use some work from the bartenders tho. Everyone was polite, helpful and cheerful. Clean property and rooms. Dining options definitely need some help as our room service food often didn’t arrive according to the menu description. Do not eat the chicken noodle soup! It’s terrible. Your stomach needs to adjust to their food, found this out the hard way. But all in all a beautiful place to spend my birthday with my man.

Nice quiet location. Food and cocktails were excellent. However, the hotel has limited supper options, so we found ourselves going up the The Market at Sunset Beach just up the hill (used the shuttle) as there was way more selection. Also, the only coffee shop was an additional charge Starbucks. The buffet would make specialty coffees, but only if you sat down. The one plus was the nespresso coffee machines in the rooms. Rooms were average, nothing special, but nothing terrible. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much. Room was clean upon arrival and housekeeping was fantastic. Service was prompt when we had to call down for a few items (extra blanket and firmer pillows). Room service was also excellent, highly recommend using it.

Wonderful birthday
My stay at the Pueblo Bonita hotel was great. The service was wonderful. The people were friendly if I had to say one negative thing about the hotel, it would be the timeshare people trying to get you to purchase a timeshare.
