This breathtaking Hacienda-style house with over 4,700 sq. foot combined between the house, Palapas and covered Terrace, 2-min walk from the beach, is located inside the exclusive gated development of Punta Ballena in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. This unique secluded estate offers 4 bedrooms (2 masters), 4 full and one-half bathrooms, full kitchen, spacious living, and dining area, that unfolds to a luxurious sea-view garden with an infinity-style heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. Passing the estate entry gate and arriving into this beautiful property, you will be absorbed in a mixture of Mexican and Mediterranean-style patio with a blue water marble fountain surrounded by stone-patched pathways, punctuated by a wonderful local vegetation, and into the main arched terraced entrance of the home.

When inside the main grand arched entrance, supported by beautifully crafted Roman-Tuscan-style columns, the house is cleverly split in two halves: inside, and on the left side of the home you will have two bedrooms, one master with a king size bed and a very spacious full bathroom with bathtub jacuzzi, two sinks and generous closet spaces. This master bedroom opens to the outside deck and pool, with a pleasant shaded area facing the swimming pool, horizon, and the sea-views. Additionally, on this side you will have a second independent bedroom with access through the grand arched terrace, slightly smaller, with a queen size bed, full bathroom with shower, and a closet.

On the right side of the house, there are two indoor parking spots with direct access to the fountain entrance pathway (complemented by a third outdoor parking space) to the front door. you will access the third and fourth bedroom via the shared hallway.
The master bedroom replicates in room size and features the master on the left side of the property; furthermore, the master bathroom adds more private spaces such as a second toilet room and an outdoor shower with a thatched roof cover.
Like on the other side, this master bedroom opens to the gardens through the frontal sliding windows and on the left side of its main chambers into the outside shared shaded terrace.
The fourth bedroom conveniently offers two twin beds that can be turned into a queen-size bed and a full bathroom, master-style, with double sink, jacuzzi bathtub and closet space.

In the center and confluence of the house, facing the magnificent gardens, you will have an airy fully equipped kitchen, that opens to the shared indoor columned pathway with a convenient countertop bar with stools, a beautiful rustic island surrounded by countertops and custom-made wood cabinets.

The family room and dining area flows to the outdoors gardens and swimming pool. This comfort filled area, appropriately connected to the open kitchen, can accommodate seated, all the guests, both at the dining table and in the light poured living room space. The half bathroom located on the left side of the house serves these common areas of the home and can also be accessed through the main shared columned pathway.

Outside, additionally to the sun shaded terraces that include a dining zone, barbecue, countertops and cabinets, the large wave shape infinity-like swimming pool, with a heated jacuzzi on the right side, faces the marvelous sea-views of Cabo San Lucas.

All the surrounding areas are beautifully landscaped, scattered with palm trees and other locally grown vegetation, plenty with sun beds and other relaxing sitting areas such as the fire pit.
