Property is in a good location. Our bathroom didn’t appear to be the cleanest. Geime around the floor of the toilet. Also the water pressure was only good if the shower was cold. If you wanted hot water it just drizzled out. Breakfast buffet was 5 stars and delicious. Overall 4 stars and I would stay there again.

When we arrived to check in, they told us they were booked solid, even oversold. They gave us a double room instead of a king room like requested. Then blamed it on us booking through Expedia, told us to book directly through hotel next time. Stayed 4 nights and they were never able to find us a king room of equal value of what we booked. That put a damper on our entire stay. However, our friend’s room was not available so they upgraded them to a full suite with 3 balconies. The rest of our stay was fine. It was all adequate, I wouldn’t necessarily say I was ever really happy with the service either. Aside from Alfredo at the pool, no one really cared if we were there. Alfredo was great!!!! We even noted in the booking that it was my 50th birthday!

The only issues we had was the pool towels. Didn't have any towels one day, about 1pm. Another time had my wrist band and room key but forgot my pool card, she wouldn't give me a towel. Her personality was a little rude. One time after waiting for her to come back to turn in the towels, she didn't, us and another couple had to go behind the counter and get our key card ourselves. The other couple lost patience and got there's and got ours. Other than that we have already said we'll be back. Great hotel, great stay, Thank You

The Wi-Fi was non-functional other than that nice property. It would get a bit noisy after dark. The music would stop by 10pm. Nice view of the harbor. Very good breakfast buffet.

Overall for the price, Tesoro was a great value. We had the breakfast included. I would not go to the restaurant off the lobby. The waiter was so slow and no personality. Our meal was to have potatoes and they didn’t come out. I asked for them and he said we are out. Do the pool side buffet. Good food and really good made to order eggs, omelettes and pancakes and bacon. Location of the resort is great. Go for marina view. Happy hour two hours a day at pool. The pool is nice and everyone was friendly. Close to a lot of things and short cab ride to others. I would recommend this resort

People stayed in the pool drinking never getting out to go to the bathroom, the water turned cloudy in 3-4 hours. Wouldn’t use pool. My room had cereal on the floor in different places. Would never stay again !!

This hotel is in a great location for the downtown area by the marina. It is easily accessible and is secured. The clientele is mostly on the older side, but most are sociable and fun people. I would recommend this hotel and looking forward to going back.
