Apartment with a beautiful view
Very nice owner. The view from the balcony is wonderful, the building is located right next to the beach. Unfortunately, the apartment is not very clean, no WiFi, often no parking spaces.

Beach apartment in Cadiz
We loved this apartment. It is right across the boardwalk from the beach and a few minutes walk from the stadium and supermarkets. Being on the boardwalk gives you many options for beach bars and restaurants, the host was very easy to communicate with making checkin easy. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who is coming to Cadiz for a holiday

Very good location with beautiful beach vista. Nice apartment. However wifi is piggy backing on bar below and as such signal not the best. No A/C, was OK in October, in mid summer would be very warm. Parking was sometimes full and not available.

Great Location, Slightly Shabby Property
Other reviewers have summed this property up very well. It is without doubt in a fabulous location with excellent access to restaurants and the seafront. Parking is very hit and miss in the reserved compound at the rear of the property. Access is very tricky and the parking is extremely tight. Wi Fi in the property is provided via the downstairs bar which in our experience was extremely poor and hardly worth trying to use. The overall cleanliness of the property was ordinary, towels were small and not terribly good, however, the beds were comfortable and the apartment was quite despite the busy location. The furniture was very ordinary and uncomfortable and the lack of a kettle was irritating. Hot water is provided via a small electric tank which just about copes with a couple of showers before going cold. In summary, as others have indicated, this could be a stunning property with a little attention to detail, but at present it leaves a little to be desired.

Good apartment great location however was let down by the poor management and uncleanliness, bins not emptied from previous rental, outside furniture very shabby, bed linen needs to be ungraded only a duvet cover on bed. leaking washing machine, toilet broken . This could be a great apartment if a few euro was spent fixing the basics . loved the location

Fantastic apartment
The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed and more. The location was fantastic - everything you could possibly need all within a ten minute walk. The views were beautiful from the balcony. Easy transport links mean you can explore the region. Cadiz is easily accessible by bus and train and we also travelled to Jerez. Wi fi comes from the cafe below. We struggled with speed but we had three teenagers who use it a lot! All in all a great property.

Great place to stay on the Beach
Very nice place on the beach. The beach is awesome. The apartment is newly remodeled. They did a great job functional and looks great. There is a bar downstairs and many restaurants a short walk away. Overall it was great!

What a view!
Great apartment with an absolutely fabulous patio & view! Very good restaurants that are close. It’s easy to go to beach and rent beach chairs - No beach towels provided so plan accordingly. You use the WIFI from the bar below and it works very well. Just have to go down to get the password. I would definitely recommend staying here!

it is modern and clean. When we arrived to the property the owner was not there had to call him several times and when he picked up told us he did not know anything about our reservation. Then he found the reservation confirmation in his system after insisting we had a valid and paid reservation with expedia. View of the apartment was good facing the beach as advertised, but no wifi, no hot water for more than 3 minutes, no hair dryer and the builing itself is very old and not well kept. We used elevator just 2 times as it seemed not in good shape. Parking inside the building really complicated. One of the 2 nights we stayed had to park about 8 bloks away on the street. There is a bar in the ground floor of the building and it is loud at night until 3am.

A very upmarket apartment with an amazing sea view.
Juan gave great instructions for getting to the property and met us at the car park. The apartment is a real gem. The folding glass doors onto the balcony mean you bring the outside in. The beach and promenade are great with very little traffic. Most of the traffic is on the main road behind the apartment. The internet is from the cafe below. The cafe was not noisy. It would have been great to have had an ordinary coffee maker as well as the pod type.

We enjoyed our stay in Cadiz. The Apt is in a great location. Beaitiful views of the sunset every night. Great beach bars across the street. We rented a car and took a ferry ride to Morocco for the afternoon, then continued to drive down to the Rock of Gilbralter. Loved driving into Rota and having lunch. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Fantastic Oceanfront Apartment
The view when walking into the apartment and seeing the beach right in front was exhilarating. This suite has been completely remodeled and was very comfortable for our stay. We would highly recommend for a quieter spot to relax and enjoy the beach. Cadiz is about a 45 minute walk on the boulevard and is wonderful when the sun is shining, lots to see. The apartment could have used a few extras like spices, oils, etc. for cooking and possibly a list of recommended restaurants however this did not take away from our stay.

Alojamiento decepcionante e impresentable.
La estancia ha sido absolutamente decepcionante. Las condiciones de este alojamiento no se corresponden en absoluto con el precio que se paga por él. La limpieza de todo el apartamento brillaba por su ausencia, las paredes, el mobiliario, los cajones, todo sucio, lleno de manchas y restos de otras estancias. La ropa impresentable, toallas reutilizadas y viejas, paños de cocina sin lavar, en el escobero había una cantidad impresionante de trapos y paños todos sucios y amontonados. La terraza tenia solo sillas de bar de plástico viejísimas y un sillón absolutamente roto. El acceso a la terraza son 5 puertas de cristales, de las que solo se podía abrir una de ellas, las demás estaban clausuradas. La vajilla y cristalería muy escasa, una copa de cada clase y un vaso de cada clase. El apartamento tampoco dispone de aire acondicionado, wifi, sillas en el salón, secador de pelo, sábanas de repuesto, tazas, copas, etc. entre otras muchas cosas que son necesarias en una estancia de 10 días como era nuestro caso. Dispongo de fotografías de todas las deficiencias que hemos encontrado. Es lamentable que se entregue un apartamento en estas condiciones, y lo argumento comparándolo con mis anteriores estancias a través de esta aplicación. Le aseguro que este alojamiento no se corresponde con el precio pagado por él, ni por supuesto es para alquilarlo a una familia. Intenté ponerme en contacto con la página del alquiler a la llegada por si pudieran buscarnos otra alternativa, pero no conse

Sehr schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage direkt am Strand. Eigener Parkplatz hintrm Haus, Balkon mit Meerblick. 2 seperate SZ und Schlafsofa. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war angenehm und reibungslos.
