Positioned perfectly on the city fringe, this home is sitting on over 1,000m2 of land and is located within only moments to all of the areas amenities including lush park lands, café and restaurant hubs, Botanical Gardens, walking tracks and only a short drive to Cairns CBD.

Fully air conditioned 2 bedroom 2 bathroom traditional highset Queenslander on the city fringe. Beautiful polished timber floors, spacious bedrooms, really comfortable double size sofa bed, modern renovated kitchen and renovated bathrooms (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs), separate living and dining areas, built in cupboards, ceiling fans throughout.

Extra large yard for the kids to play and big tropical pool. Front and back deck/patio, lockup garage.

Guests will have access to the whole house, one room (storage room) is locked downstairs where we keep all cleaning chemicals, spare paint, etc.
