Rainforest Villa is slightly larger with a well-appointed modern fully self contained kitchen, balcony with ocean views, bedroom, ensuite which has a bathtub and four seater dining
Reef Villa features balcony with ocean views two sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed and four seater dining table. 
The generous living spaces of both Villas include a double sofa bed for extra guests or children, along with smart TVs and Wi-Fi available throughout. Both bedrooms have smart TVs. Delivering the ultimate in holiday flexibility, guests can relax in privacy then come together to dine al fresco on the lovely patio, which has a large hot-plate barbeque and takes in the views.
Surrounded by lovely landscaped gardens, the property offers easy and pleasant access to the beach via a walking track and is perfectly positioned to enjoy the tranquility of its wonderful natural environment.

Parking: There is space at the property for two carefully parked vehicles. However, it should be noted that the driveway is tricky as it is short, steep and requires caution. Instructions will be provided prior to your arrival to help give guidance on how to approach and depart the property. The driveway is not suitable for motorbikes.

*Each Villa Sleeps max 4 people,  8 people in total. Each Villa does have a sofa bed available upon request. When booking for 1-4 guest the sofa bed is not made up. If you have booked 5 guests one sofa bed will be made. If you have booked for 6 or more guests both sofa beds will be made.
 
Things to note: The property is situated on the side of a hill and is not fenced. There are steep slopes and a forested area. Two sides of the swimming pool are not fenced and have a big drop. Families with very young children are advised to exercise vigilance.
