Rough start but turned out to be amazing
The room was a smoking room while we’ve asked for non smoking and we were told it has been changed; we checked the room the moved us to and it was still a smoking room with not clean tables so we complained next morning; they apologised and moved us to a much better room with full view on the Nile; from then onwards everything was arranged perfectly apart from the loud music noise late night

All the staff in Restaurant, Room Service were outstanding, always helpful, courteous & respectful too. Really nice hotel, great breakfast and excellent amenities! Payed a room with a view to the Nile, was given the third floor with way too much street noise!

The Staff there is very accommodating and helpful. Checking in was earlier than 3 PM but Michael at the reception desk was very accommodating. Diffently going back.
