Everything about this hotel was amazing the look, cleanliness, employees, helpfulness, restaurants, and just the atmosphere and hospitality was second to none. This was one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed at and I’ve been to a lot in multiple countries. This is a must stay if you visit Cairo. Words cannot explain it you just have to see for yourself.

The Waldorf Astoria is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at... It is stunning and for travellers who want luxury, convenience and an unforgettable stay, this is the place. The hotel oozes quality. The staff are fantastic, the rooms (we were upgraded to a suite) are beautiful, spacious and clean. The facilities, including restaurant and pool are also excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would not stay anywhere else in Cairo - by far the best hotel for miles around. The location is pristine - service amenities food room and access. However be advised you are visiting a country that is very poor and once you step outside of the hotel it feels unsafe anywhere you go.

Incredible and safe property for a space to stay in Cairo while exploring the city. A little further away ( although closer to the airport ) but worth it. Far more luxurious and far better food than the Four Seasons and other premium hotels in the city.

We stayed at the Waldorf for 2 nights with our children, and we absolutely loved the hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. They were so helpful, and attentive. They helped to organise our trip to see the pyramids, easily and we were so happy. We paid attention to the children and were so friendly. We would definitely be back.
