We had a super experience, we are thenkful for the help of Mr Mostafa and Mr Ahmad on the from desk, and Mr Ragab, Mr Ahmad with the suitcases. We really recommend the hotel, bountiful place for families, location is great.

I traveled with my family, he had been in this location several times. It is very nice to see that they are improving the rooms to a most modern style. The people on front desk were very helpful, proactive and professional. I really recommend it. Observation: let know the hotel your arrival time, it will be helpful for the shuttle.

Everything is perfect about this hôtel. May be the price is a bit too high. Location is perfect flr the airport or for an event. They have a supernice pool, so very few people use it because it is too cold at this time of the year (november). Heated pool would be great.

This was a really nice resort. There were many tourists, which made us feel safe. Very close to the airport and the shower was amazing. Wish we stayed more than just a night.

Very poro Hotel
Very bad experience. First of all, it is complicated to get them on the phone to pick you up at the airport . They don't answer e-mails. Then we couldn't sleep well because the walls are very thin and the neighbours were listening to the Television at 3am. Mediocre breakfast with artificial fruit juices and nothing really good . But the worst was that they refused to keep our luggage until the next day . (Hotel policy) . Escape! For goodness sake .
