Hotel antigo, mas bem conservado. Bom café da manhã. Porção pedida no bar veio queimada. Devido os quartos do andar térreo terem varanda para um gramado tivemos problemas com aranhas, apareceram 4 aranhas grandes no meu quarto. Internet nos quartos com sinal muito ruim.

A nota alta das avaliações me induziu ao erro
Escolhi com base na nota das avaliações, e a impressão é que o hotel está abaixo do que prometia. O parque aquático é excelente, muitos equipamentos e piscinas para todas as idades, todo ele algo desgastado, antigo, mas nada abandonado, pelo contrário, tudo em condições de uso e com boa limpeza diária durante a noite. As acomodações já não são no mesmo nível, tão desgastadas quanto, mas bem simples, não correspondem em nada à nota e muito menos à precificação das diárias, tem a comodidade de já estar no parque aquático, mas encontra-se hotéis no mesmo nível por um valor que compensaria pagar a entrada do mesmo parque aquático e sobraria um bom dinheiro. O restaurante é semelhante às acomodações, de ruim a mediano e precificado com se bom fosse, o valor da refeição, que é muito básica, equivale a uma refeição nos melhores restaurantes do centro da cidade, os bares das piscinas são só um pouco melhores. Por último, o atendimento, que é excelente, tanto que ao passar dos dias te fazem sentir confortável e superar as limitações do hotel, a gerência e todos os demais colaboradores estão de parabéns. Caldas Novas estava tão cheia que esse hotel se deu o direito de cobrar uma diária de 600 reais quando não valia 300, e ainda assim esteve lotado todos os dias, espero que invistam em reformas na estrutura e melhorias no restaurante.
