A estadia foi muito satisfatória, funcionários bem atenciosos, prestativos, e a acomodação bem aconchegante. O café da manhã bem servido, porém alguns alimentos não estavam bons, como por exemplo o ovo mexido tinha um gosto estranho.

Quartos sujos e mau atendimento da recepção
Quarto extremamente sujo, embaixo da cama acredito que estava há meses sem limpeza, tamanha era a quantidade de sujeira, bem como nos armários, depois que reclamamos uma moça foi ao local e precisou lavar o quarto. A cortina também parece nao ser lavada há um bom tempo, para quem tem alergia como eu e minha filha, ficamos sentindo a semana toda, a questao da rinite. Banheiro com pisos danificados, ducha enferrujada na saída de água. Funcionários da recepção sem pró-atividade alguma, e quando pedíamos algo, relacionado às questões acima, precisávamos ficar cobrando para ter algum retorno. O estacionamento não era o suficiente para o tanto de veículos, mas os funcionários da portaria são bem cordiais e prestam um bom trabalho no cuidado com os carros que precisam ficar no corredor do estacionamento. Localização bacana. Piscinas atendem bem.

Melhorar urgente a manutencao do hotel
Viajei com meu marido e meus 2 filhos, o quarto é bom, camas confortaveis, ficamos 3 dias, o mmo cardapio de cafe da manha todos os dias da minha estadia, é saboroso so q se torna enjoativo por ser sempre as mmas coisas, no nosso primeiro dia, acordamos sem agua no quarto, precisei acionar a manutencao, o hotel em si é bom, so q achei a area das piscinas pequena, o hotel possui uma boa localização, o q mais deixou a desejar é a manutencao do lugar...mto ruim, poquissima manutenção, 2 piscinas, a limpeza era feita durante o dia, com isso a outra q sobrava ficava com mta gente e suja, a mma coisa aconteceu com a limpeza dos ofuros

Bom hotel!
Hotel bom com uma área de lazer agradável, limpeza adequada, camas confortáveis, estacionamento seguro. Alguns funcionários simpáticos, outros nem tanto. Ruim foi ser cobrada pelo o que não foi consumido, é bastante constrangedor, desagradável, ineficiente. O local do café da manhã não estava adequado, acredito que pela reforma em curso.
