Everything was VERY CLEAN!!! We have stayed at several hotels in the past two months and most of them were not up to my standard of cleanliness. It was COMPLETELY REFRESHING to stay in a room that I didn't have to clean. Staff was wonderful!

Our favourite hotel in Calgary. Very clean and staffs are accommodating. I love the location because it is very close to cross iron mills. I love their hot breakfast. This hotel is superb.

Very good breakfast. 1st day: Had eggs, muffins, ham, bread, 2 kinds of potatoes to choose. 2nd day: breakfast sausage, eggs (2 kinds) For 2 days: Coffee , orange and apples, and juices too. Yogurt. Pancake. Different bread. Etc.. The room was very clean, new and comfortable. Bathroom had Dove Shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Had outside sink. So we didn’t have to wait for someone in the bathroom. Had mouthwash, small dove bar soap. In the room: Coffee maker fridge, microwave. We also had 2 working TVs. Staff during the evening were very nice. For the price it was a great deal! Would recommend coming back. Costco and cross iron mills VERY close by.

Love the area, it’s near shopping and airport. Only cons is the cleanliness. Garbage cans underneath the bag were not cleaned. Still some food particles and sticky stuff in it.

I (81) do not use the tub but the shower which did not have any safety support handles, just walls as plain as can be. The shower curtain had stains and so did one of the pillows. Breakfast room was overcrowded at 8:30, had to take breakfast to my room.

The hallways and common areas of this hotel are getting to be quite dirty for such a new hotel. The rooms are reasonably clean. We stayed for 2 nights and were informed that they only give housekeeping services after 3 nights. (I know that this is getting to be more common… but it wouldn’t have cost me any more to check out and then back in and get a clean room)
