I had the unfortunate luck of having my vehicle stolen while staying here. The hotel was accommodating in the sense of helping me get in touch with the police and showing them video surveillance. Hopefully no one else has to deal with this.

We enjoyed our stay. Kids really enjoyed the pool though there was never any towels at the pool. We had to bring down room towels the first evening and then had to go to the lobby the next morning dripping wet to request towels but they did come quickly.

The facility is beautiful, clean, and has a wonderful pool area. The cons I found, our sink and bathtub both drained very slowly. The restaurants in the hotel are wonderful and the in-room dining is a great option. However the extra cost to buy breakfast at the restaurant should be considered when booking. Overall our stay was wonderful, the staff was helpful and friendly and we would definitely return
