The staff was awesome, room was clean, and in good condition, some renos were happening on the exterior when we were there, but we were not disrupted at all. One comment would be the set up for the breakfast- area is very small, and doesn't accommodate large crowds /busy times. we only ate there the first day because of this. more tables and a larger area would be a huge asset in my opinion

We liked the underground parking. While we never leave things in the car, it added another layer of safety and there was plenty of parking. Breakfast food was okay.

Staff was welcoming and nice. Boris and Sandra answered questions promptly. Room was clean. Good air conditioning and heat. Appreciated the underground parking. Very family oriented, most guests who stayed here were families. Hotel under renovations, that should be mentioned during booking. The pool was very crowded and not the cleanest, but the slide was good. The breakfast area is too small for the amount of guests staying here, not enough sitting space during breakfast and a big line up.

We had a great experience at this Hampton Inn & Suites. The room was clean, the staff was quite pleasant, and the breakfast was also excellent. Loved the red velvet-flavored waffles. :) The parking was a little tight, mostly because we had a big SUV that was oversized for the parking garage, however this wasn't too big of a problem. Overall, great stay & would definitely recommend. :)

Great place overall! Stayed here for an overnight before continuing to Banff. Hotel is currently under construction on the exterior. Minor inconvenience and did not detract from the overall stay. Pool was fantastic! Kids loved the water slide!

We were charged $1000 more than the usual stay cost for 2 nights without consulting us. When we called the hotel they claim a wallpaper damage caused by us and they fail to provide any evidence to us. We genuinely didnt cause any damage fron ourside. We came to visit Banff and Jasper and Jasper has wild fires and we picked this hotel for 2 nights accommodation as Jasper is under evacuation and this property has simply charged us by cheating without letting us know. This property is under full renovation and this issue may have caused by it or infact we didnt notice any of these damages during our stay. I dont recommend to pick any of these hotels to anyone going forward!
