Receptionist gave us the last unit of 7/F, which is quiet. But the sound of air conditioner is louder and it can’t turn off. I called the guess service, he said that he will send people to fix it. But the guy never came.

We were greated by a homeless man urinating in the check in parking lot, then a woman screaming at our Uber along with others....The area is littered with the "unhoused" including an encampent 500 meters up the road as well as a shelter. If it wasnt the convienent distance to the saddle dome Id never stay around there again.

Centrally located to move around downtown by walking. Convenient Super market in the vicinity as well as Tim Hortons next door. Did not like the food options available in their dinning and missing towel rail next to the bathtub/shower.
