Staff was friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable beds. Shuttle was helpful and driver was very friendly, as this hotel is not close to the airport.

Spent one night at this hotel. I did not enjoy my stay. The fire alarm went off in the building twice in the same day. Went off 5 pm in the evening and again at 6 am in the morning disrupting sleep. Had to evacuate the hotel both times and there was no fire. Staff didn’t seem to care that the guest were inconvenienced. The gym and fitness centre was also under renovations.

The bathroom had not been cleaned properly. There was dark black, curly hair stuck to the shower wall (I have brown, straight hair) and there was dried soap dripped across the shower wall from the bottles of shampoo and soap atrached to the shower wall. Additionally, I had reserved my booking online and chose the "pay at property" option. After a late flight and arriving at the hotel at around 1130pm, I was informed by the front desk staff that my booking had been cancelled due to "hotel policy" as they had attempted to retrieve the payment from my card ahead of me checking in and paying upon arrival. This was frustrating and disappointing as it was late and we were due for an early morning connecting flight. Nobody had attempted to contact me in any way prior to this. Although it was resolved I was told they had to "scrap someone elses booking" in order to accomodate mine.
