My go to hotel when in Calgary. The only thing is if they can place blackout curtains for the full balcony door would be awesome. Other than that it’s great and highly recommend

The hotel is located in the downtown area, excellent customer service, convenient location, very close to the train station, free train ride within downtown, good breakfast, and my son liked the gym.

Check in staff was amazing! Room and bed were comfortable, not the quietest location but the noise was not all night long so it’s okay. The fan in the washroom broke and popped out, I called for maintenance guy to fix it, the maintenance guy knocked door once only, as I was walking to the door he already opened my door. I thought that was inappropriate. Other than that everyone else were amazing.
