Location was convenient to the downtown area with all major amenities close by including a Superstore, Shoppers, and Winners a block away. Hotel was clean a comfortable but service was not great. They barely pick up the phone when calling the front desk. We tried about 12 times within 12 hours and no one picked up. The body lotion bottle was completely empty when we checked in and the facial tissue box was pretty much empty as well. Hot tub in the pool area was barely warm which sucked.

Awesome room…except the shower was weird. We had to get in to turn the tap on so got blasted with cold water for the first 30 sec or so. Comfy bed. Lots of room.
