The Casa Daniela is located in Loreto, district of Arco da Calheta, on a quiet side street 300 m above sea level with a wonderful view of the Atlantic and the valley of Arco da Calheta. The Alberto Abreu family lives in the basement.
The apartment is almost at street level on the upper floor.
The apartment (60 sqm) has 2 bedrooms with double beds, living room with satellite TV, CD player and free Wi-Fi internet connection, large kitchen, hallway and shower room. The 2 bedrooms and the living room are equipped with beautiful wooden floorboards, kitchen and bathroom with tiles.

The best accomodation we have ever had.
From the first day on which we have arrived we really felt welcome and at home. Alberto and his family treated us like a friend. Whenever there was a question or issue (never) Alberto always was friendly and offered his support. Moreover and from time to time he provided various fruits, a bottle of wine or some eggs. As a summary I would propose this accomodation to everyone who wants to have some quiet times. Moreover : Did I mention the excellent view over Arco and the sea ? Whenever we will comme back to Madeita we will stay with Alberto again. Be sure ! Jeanne and Axel

Das Ferienhaus hat alle unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Vor allem die Lage mit dem Blick auf den Atlantik und die grosse Terrasse. Unser Gastgeber Alberto tut alles, dass sich seine Gäste wohl fühlen. Jede Woche brachte er uns Früchte aus seinem Garten, Eier, selbstgemachte Poncha etc. Wir haben die 5 Wochen, bei herrlichem Wetter in vollen Zügen genossen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit atemberaubender Aussicht
Wir haben 16 sehr schöne Tage in der sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Alberto ist sehr nett und hat uns mit Obst und frischen Eiern aus seinem Garten versorgt. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist unglaublich schön, wir hatten einmal das Glück, Delphine zu sehen. Die Anfahrt ist sportlich ( sehr steil und eng), von oben ist es einfacher, wir haben dann irgendwann etwas oberhalb an der Hauptstraße geparkt.

Wunderbarer Aufentalt!
Die Panoramalage der Wohnung ist wunderschön. Alberto ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, dem das Wohl seiner Gäste sehr wichtig ist. Zur Begrüßung gab es Obst und Eier aus eigener Produktion sowie eine Flasche Wein. Die Küche ist für eine Ferienwohnung hervorragend ausgestattet. Ein sehr gut sortierter Amanhecer-Supermarkt und ein gutes Restaurant sind in 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Anfahrt zum Haus erfolgt über eine sehr schmale und steile Straße, aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Tipp: Anfahrt zur Wohnung von oben in die Caminho Velho und Ausfahrt nach unten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Die Lage für Ausflüge mit dem Mietwagen zentral. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es fehlte an nichts.

Fantastischer Ausblick - Super Vermieter
Very clean, kitchen well equipped (we only missed scissors), view absolutely stunning! Alberto gave us a very warm welcome including fresh eggs and fruits from his garden. It's a 10 minute drive to Calheta beach, which is absolutely beautiful. You need a car to get there and you have to be careful at first because the road is a bit tricky but once you did it you will be happy about this amazing view :). And it gets easier when you arrive at the apartment for the second time ;)

traumhaft, so soll urlaub sein
tolle Lage mit panoramablick aufs meer, schöne terrasse, am oberen rand der talbebauung, gute anbindung ans hinterland aber auch an die region funchal sehr gute betten, feste matratzen die sehr netten vermieter haben uns gelegentlich mit frischem obst und gemüse aus ihrem garten verwöhnt an schreiende hähne und kläffende hunde muss man sich dort allgemein gewöhnen

Genialer Urlaub
Wir haben den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und für alle Belange völlig ausreichend eingerichtet. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist einfach nur umwerfend. Was aber nicht zu überbieten war, ist die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter. Wir wurden mit unserem Gepäck von Herrn Abreu vom Flugplatz abgeholt, er hat uns mit der Infrastruktur des Ortes vertraut gemacht, er und seine Frau haben uns beinahe täglich mit frischem Obst und lokalen Spezialitäten verwöhnt, bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank gefüllt. Wir hatten noch nie solche freundlichen und liebevollen Vermieter. Ein ganz großer Dank an Familie Abreu!!!

Jolie maison avec une magnifique terrasse et vue magnifique
Bon emplacement sur l'ile pour ceux qui ne veulent pas loger à Funchal. La météo y est plus ensoleillée qu'à d'autres régions. La maison très jolie, propre et fonctionnelle. Le propriétaire ainsi que sa petite famille sont très accueillants, simples et attentionnés. Petites surprises à notre arrivée, des fleurs, du vin , des oeufs, ...restera un bon souvenir. Zuerst begeisterte uns die tolle Lage der Ferienwohnung mit einem grandiosen Blick von hoch oben auf die Landschaft und das Meer. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit ließen keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Familie Abreu. Hierfür nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank! Tolle, saubere Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Alles was man benötigt, ist vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Ziele auf der Insel. Nach anstrengenden Wanderungen kann man am Abend bei einem Glas Wein auf der Terrasse die unglaublich schöne Aussicht genießen. Einen besonderen Pluspunkt würden wir für die Sauberkeit vergeben, wirklich gut. Diese Unterkunft werden wir bei unserem nächsten Urlaub auf Madeira garantiert wieder buchen.
