Parking ridiculous,no wifi in room ,had to reserve diningim an empty restaurant made no sense ,we drove to Jardim do mar for dinner . Asked about an iron for clothes and got biggest attitude from personell! Spacious room and was clean ,shower worked well no issues! Wouldnt stay there again

Our staying was not perfect but very reasonably good. Hotel is a "bit" outdated but location is good with perfect nature exposure. The room was huge with ocean view. The staff is excellent, patient, polite and very helpful. The dinner was slightly below expectation, and we opted to taste it only once.

Cet hƓtel est exceptionnel pour sa localisation et la vue splendide ! En revanche il serait temps de renouveler la dƩco des chambres et espaces communs. Les chambres sont cependant vraiment immense et la salle de bain Ʃgalement c'est incroyable. Le personnel n'Ʃtait pas spƩcialement sympathique c'est dommage. Le site est remarquable, mĆŖme si la mĆ©tĆ©o y est capricieuse Ć  plus de 400m du niveau de la mer.HĆ©las cet hĆ“tel aurait besoin dā€™un sĆ©rieux lifting et dā€™une prise en main Ć©nergique pour mĆ©riter les 4 Ć©toiles affichĆ©es. Les Ć©quipements sont obsolĆØte, notamment dans les chambres oĆ¹ le WIFI est absent(on le savait avant) Lā€™accĆØs Ć  la piscine non chauffĆ©e et trĆØs fraĆ®che nĆ©cessite de monter un trĆØs long escalier, et est trĆØs mal Ć©quipĆ©e en parasol et transat en bon Ć©tat, la piscine intĆ©rieure, vestige dā€™un SPA qui ne semble plus actif, est tout aussi fraĆ®che. CĆ“tĆ© restauration,si le petit dĆ©jeuner buffet permet de se nourrir convenablement ,sans plus, pour une journĆ©e de randonnĆ©e ,avec des produits de qualitĆ© trĆØs moyenne, par contre le dĆ®ner est Ć  fuir tant les plats proposĆ©s sont dā€™une mĆ©diocritĆ© indigne dā€™un tel Ć©tablissement.Heureusement Prazeres tout proche propose des solutions de restauration accueillantes et de qualitĆ©.
