Cabin on the White River. Famous for clean, cold water and record size trout!

This beautiful cabin has a brand new interior with hardwood floors and all new appliances. The ceiling is vaulted with ceiling fans and has central heat/air. There are only four total cabins on Mullett's Landing--the cabin is down a private road which is accessed behind a locked gate. There are lots of wildlife on the property, and the cabin has views of the bluffs on one side with the White River on the other. The river is cold, clean, and excellent for fishing. Although the cabin does not have internet at this time, mobile hot spots work great. DISH Network (Satellite TV) and Internet is currently active and available. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns! Come enjoy the cabin charm at our place on the river!

Please Note: Swimming is not recommended, and property owners are not responsible for accidents. Due to fluctuating river levels, some areas on the bank are steep and fishing off of them is not suitable, however, the local boat dock is within walking distance and has quaint little fishing spots. Kayak and boat rentals are also available nearby.

Lake Norfork is about 25 miles north of Calico Rock. Or if you travel south, you will discover Mountain View which is the Folk Music Capitol of the world. Mountain View is home to Blanchard Springs Caverns and the Ozark Folk Center. There is lots of music and festivals year round in this unique town. The host was easy to reach at a later hour when arriving, to help us with directions in unfamiliar territory. The cabin was peaceful even with other guests staying at cabins nearby and the views were gorgeous.

Great property
Very quiet and private property. It is located in a private area with 3-4 other houses, but spread out nicely. Easy checkin, host is very responsive. Very clean. Really enjoyed our stay. Saw some eagles over the river, cabin has a nice grassy area outside to enjoy the river. Booked a fishing trip with Jenkins Fishing Service, which’s basically beside the property. Another fun experience

Too remote hard to get to cute cabin!
Needed tender loving care— grass needed mowing, spiders and webs all on the porches ( we swept them down)— porches dirty as were the chairs— had to clean before using— musty smelling inside but clean and very attractive. Very comfortable for 2 people could sleep many— the set up is great— peaceful, scenery beautiful secluded, little town cute.

Great place and oh so beautiful and peaceful. I would not recommend children left outside unattended, The bank to the river is steep and if anyone including an adult fell in the river they would easily be swept away. We sat out side on back porch every night to the most peaceful sunsets. And the town of Calico Rock is so charming. My only suggestion...the inside of the property was very clean and well kept however both porches needed some serious cleaning,

Beautiful cabin nestled in a quaint spot off the river. We enjoyed our stay very much in this semi-private location with gated entrance. We always take extra pots/pans and outdoor chairs, but cabin was well decorated and amply supplied for anyone staying a few days. Thanks Karen!

River Keeps Movin On
Picture this, 4 advanced matures sitting on the porch watching the river go by. Wine in hand, family and friends close by and temperature in the low 80. It just doesn't get much better than that. Highlite of stay was the daily train whse engineer tooted that horn for us.
