Typical Costa Brava villa with pool and sea view

Pretty typical Costa Brava villa, built on 850m2 of land, right by the Torre Valentina beach in Sant Antoni de Calonge, with open views of the sea and the village (up to Palamos).
Swimming pool with furnished terrace which will allow you to enjoy a large space and a breathtaking view of the sea
Area of 150m2 distributed in 2 floors. On the ground floor are:
- a large living room and dining room on 2 levels with exit to the outdoor terraces (covered and uncovered)
- the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine
- 4 large bedrooms:
1. the largest (20m2) with 4 beds (4 bunk beds of 90cm) and large closets
2. the 2nd type suite of 15m2 with 1 large double bed of 1.50m and also large closets, with direct access to a bathroom, with shower and wc (new work this year - We will add photos as soon as the work is finished finalized - Forecast at the end of March).
- A 2nd spacious bathroom with a shower, a bathtub and a toilet
3. Next is the 3rd bedroom with a 1.40m double bed at the top of the tower, with wardrobe and a balcony with sea view.
4. Finally, a new bedroom was built in 2016, with independent access and 2 single beds of 90cm + 1 extra bed of 90cm, with access to a private bathroom, composed of a shower and wc.

On the other hand, it will be possible to live outside thanks to a table and chairs as well as a fixed barbecue available, with a view of the sea. And in 2016 a pétanque track was built (8 boules available for adults, and 8 for children).

Parfait sejour
On a passé une semaine entre amis et nous pouvions aller a la plage a pieds (15-20min) en ayant le choix de la plage également. Maison pratique et piscine toujours propre. Assez de place et chaises pour manger tous ensemble, ainsi que les transates top. Aucun point negatifs pour notre part je vous conseil fortement cette maison pour votre vacances. Bon séjour
On a passé un agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison qui a un très bon emplacement à 15 minutes à pieds de la plage et 4 minutes en voiture. Commerce à proximité. Équipe d’une Belle piscine aussi. Les points négatifs, c’est le manque d’équipements dans la maison, surtout dans la cuisine. Aussi, manque d’éclairage dans les chambres. Il faut aussi dire que la 4eme chambre avec les 2 lits simples et le lit d’appoint se trouve dans un garage transformé en chambre et se trouve en dehors de la maison (il faut sortir de la maison pour s’y rendre) La maison manque aussi de propreté (présence de toute sorte d’insectes y compris sous les matelas et le canapé) mais rien de bien méchant. Bref, on a passé de belles vacances dans cette maison et le propriétaire est à l’écoute et assez réactif à toute demande.

Il y a des points a revoir, comme le réglage du chauffe eau qui nous distribue une eau bouillante et très difficile a régler avec les mitigeurs ainsi que les ustensiles de cuisine qui sont soit en tres mauvais état soit inexistant. Pour le reste, la maison est très bien située pour les courses, les sorties plages et autres, avec une vue a couper le souffle qui nous fait très vite oublier les petits désagréments. Maison adaptée a une location pour 3 couples avec enfants! Le propriétaire est très reactif a nos demandes également. On recommande!

Belle maison avec piscine très bien localisé pour une famille véhiculé
Grande Belle Maison de l’extérieur avec très agréable piscine sur une vue dégagée magnifique sur Palamos et mer Agréable pour déjeuner, dîner et se baigner et passer la journée L’intérieur est d époque mais fonctionnel. Ne pensez pas y aller pour y rester à l’intérieur . Il fait très chaud d’ailleurs dedans. Il n’y a pas de clim Il y a 3 chambres pour 2 couples dans la maison et 4 enfants ( lits superposés )et les autres couchages sont accessibles par la porte du garage Le propriétaire m’a dépanné gentiment d’un matelas en 140 car la literie était très mauvaise. L’environnement est très agréable Proche des criques en voiture La grande plage locale de Calonge est à 20 minutes à pied ( pensez qu’il fait chaud) Animations nocturnes sur Palamos ou Platja D Aro. Boutique et Restaurant. Avec le Covid les gens respectent très bien Antoni de Calonge il y a que des restaurants et quelques bars Barcelone est à 1 h 10. Avec très peu de monde en Covid . En résumé globalement agréable séjour Revoir le couchage Et moderniser l’intérieur Merci à Guillaum pour sa disponibilité.

Séjour très agréable avec des propriétaires très réactifs pour gérer les mini soucis
Une très belle vue, piscine très agréable. La maison étant en hauteur, bien que la mer soit proche, la côte est rude. Bémols, le studio sent un peu l'humidité, les moustiques sont voraces. Merci à Guillaume et à sa famille pour la réactivité concernant les draps et les boules de pétanque.

Parfait, très bon séjour. Conformes aux photos. Dans un quartier au calme et à 10 min de la mer.

Séjour très agréable dans cette villa proche des criques.
Nous avons passé 2 semaines à 3 couples avec enfants dans cette villa. Les photos sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité. La maison se situe dans un quartier calme proche de très belles criques (10 minutes à pied) et d'un supermarché (très pratique). La piscine, les terrasses et la vue sur la baie de Palamos sont très appréciables. L'intérieur de la maison est simple mais ne manque de rien. Guillaume, qui s'occupe de la location est très réactif aux messages et arrangeant. Je recommande cette location!
