The Space:
Comfortable holiday home with stunning sea views and private pool.
For the tenants, the entire front area of āāthe garden with private pool is available. From the pool area you have a wonderful sea view.
The garden is beautifully landscaped and very well maintained, with a small fish pond and rich lush mediterranean plants.
The house has a lovely, well-furnished living-dining room (with air conditioning) 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms.
Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.
The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a very quiet residential area in Calpe, Maryvilla.
Getting Around:
There is a small, nice sandy-beach about 800 m. Restaurants and tennis courts about 400 m. Supermarket 3 km.
Other Things to Note:
There are on the other side of the garden is a second house, which is inhabited all the year. The pool is not used by these people - and is at the private use only for the holiday guests. The intimate atmosphere is completely guaranteed, as the owners go behind the house to their area.
Internet available. For the winter month the tenants have a gas-central heating.
Dog keeping not allowed. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).

Villa calpe
Nous avons passƩs 15 jours dans cette villa , au calme avec une magnifique vue . Proche de la plage ( mais avec des enfants il faut mieux une voiture), bonne exposition de la piscine . Piscine tres bien entretenu , tout comme le jardin.

Mauvaise expƩrience qui gache les vacances
Les photos reflĆØtent bien la rĆ©alitĆ©. La maison est bien Ć©quipĆ©e, la vue est belle et dĆ©gagĆ©e malgrĆ© le poteau. La literie est correcte.
La piscine devient sale au bout de quelques jours et mƩrite un entretien plus rƩgulier (aucun entretien durant deux semaines).
L'intimitĆ© est relative avec des propriĆ©taires parfois bruyants qui viennent nourrir les poissons derriĆØre nous pendant qu'on bronze.
Nous avons surtout eu une trĆØs mauvaise expĆ©rience avec les propriĆ©taires Ć la fin du sĆ©jour car la communication Ć©tait trĆØs difficile puisqu'on ne parle pas allemand. Nous avons eu droit Ć une surfacturation des frais d'Ć©lectricitĆ© et Ć une facturation indue pour l'utilisation de la climatisation, du gaz et d'eau alors que ce n'Ć©tait pas prĆ©vu dans le contrat. Par ailleurs, on nous a facturĆ© le remplacement du clapet de la piscine qui s'est cassĆ©e par vĆ©tustĆ© et les propriĆ©taires ont accusĆ© mes enfants auprĆØs de Gislinde alors que j'avais dĆ©couvert seul le clapet cassĆ© flottant dans la piscine aprĆØs 2-3 nages. Ce n'est pas trĆØs honnĆŖte de leur part.
Heureusement, Gislinde a jouƩ la mƩdiatrice pour que je sois remboursƩ des surfacturations et j'ai acceptƩ de payer le clapet pour clore le sujet.
Bref, je n'y retournerai pas. Prenez de la marge au moment du dĆ©part pour vĆ©rifier la facturation et pour solliciter Gislinde si besoin. J'Ć©tais parti vers 7h du matin... donc c'Ć©tait compliquĆ© d'obtenir des explications sans interprĆØte.

Schƶne Aussicht und ein tolles Haus
Das Haus ist innen etwas klein, fĆ¼r 4 Personen aber ausreichend, da man fast nur drauĆen sitzt die Aussicht genieĆt und sich im Pool abkĆ¼hlt.
Die Vermieter wohnen im unteren Haus, sind super nett und nie aufdringlich oder Ƥhnliches.
Wenn Calpe dann wieder bei Ulla und Peter!

Excelente y precioso lugar
La estancia es muy bonita y con excelentes vistas al mar. Casa muy limpia y acondicionada. Los propietarios Ulla Y Peter son muy amables y atentos. AdemĆ”s la piscina da un plus a la casa. RepetirĆa sin dudarlo.
