Beautiful Tranquil Villa, Very private but close to ammeneties

This intimate villa has everything you need for a relaxing break. Although fully reformed, we have maintained the rustic charm of this property. Two generous double bedrooms look out over the stunning backdrop of the mountains. The masterbedroom opens out onto the top terrace with unspoiled panoramic views. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen opens on to a dining area (with dining table for six) and a lounge with large comfortable sofas and satellite TV (various European channels). The attractive bathroom is complete with shower and bath.
There is lots of space for outside relaxing and dining with a BBQ area, sun terrace and private pool with sun from early morning until evening. There is parking for two cars.
The villa is located near a nature park where you can enjoy scenic walks. The villa is on the outskirts of the rural village of Calvia where you can see the Mallorca untouched by tourism and enjoy a selection of typical cafes, bars and restaurants. If you wish to visit the beach, Palmanova and Santa Ponsa beaches are just a ten minutes' drive away. Here you will find more attractions and a livelier atmosphere.

A lovely place to hide away
Perfect place to get away from it all. The villa is completely private and surrounded by nature. It was clean, and well equipped. It's a 5 min walk to a small town Calvia, which has cattle markets, a few really lovely places to eat and well stocked local shops. Marine Land is 10 mins away, and was a great day if you have kids. Hosts are lovely and welcoming. We are planning to come back!

We had a beautiful time in the villa. Check in was easy, location is great and close to beaches you can easily drive to. Itā€™s quiet and clean and the kitchen and outdoor spaces are wonderful. Would definitely recommend it

Little to fault about this location. Set in a quiet mountain position. Villa - excellent facilities. Swimming pool and BBQ area offering great outside dining. Lovely Villa
Immaculate inside and out, including the pool. Aircon was bliss and cooled the whole villa. Property not overlooked so good for working on an all over tan. BipBip convenience store 10 minute walk and into the small town for cafeā€™s and restaurant. This is the place to chill in the heat of the Majorcan sun!

The property is spotless and much bigger than the pictures. We visited in July, the pool was just perfect when it got to hot and the air con was bliss. You do need a car for the villa unless you are planning to stay in. If you know the area this is the perfect location for the beaches of palmanova and the nightlife of port andraxt. I canā€™t speak highly enough of this perfect retreat. Only wish we could have stayed longer! We will be back, thank you Naika

Nice private villa in the mountains
Lovely villa on the outskirts of Calvia village. Plenty of kitchenware if you want to cook yourself and villa was very clean and tidy. A welcome pack of maybe a few teabags and a loaf would have been appreciated since we arrived after the shops were closed. Hosts were helpful and friendly. Would definitely return.

Superb
We have stayed in many villas but this has got to be our favourite. Very spacious, comfortable bed, lots of wardobe space and every kitchen gadget you could mention. The outdoor space is very private and lots of seating areas. The pool is very clean and not to deep. What is there not to like! Really enjoyed our week here including visiting Calvia village most nights, very traditional. Great food to be had at C'an Torrat, very busy so you must book!

Antonio met us at the petrol station and took us to the villa showing us where to shop and an excellent restaurant on the way. The villa was perfect every thing we could of wished for, we travelled a lot around the island but we were always happy to come back to the villa to chill out before walking down to the village to eat in the evening, This is a perfect villa in a perfect position to get to anywhere on the island. Unfortunately we had bad thunderstorms while we were there that knocked out the electrics Antonio was quick to come out to the villa to rectify matters, we will return!!!

An absolute gem of a villa
This was our first trip to Mallorca that wasnā€™t a resort and it didnā€™t disappoint! 2 weeks here is absolute bliss. A beautiful well equipped villa with plenty of inside and outside space set on a hillside amongst the trees and sounds of nature. Toni met us just outside of the town and directed us to the villa pointing out some local restaurants and supermarkets en route and only a 5 minute walk from the villa. Stunning run routes and walks for hiking into the Tramuntana Mountains and only 10 mins from the beach or more restaurants. The Jungle Parc in Santa Ponca was great for the kids and we managed to hire a boat from Club Nautico Marina but book early as they get very busy. The snorkelling is incredible! The pool area is fantastic if you wish to bathe in the sun with a book, occasionally dipping into the pool to cool down or watch the children play. An unforgettable stay.

A beautiful tranquil nature delight
This was our first visit to Mallorca and the villa is superbly located in a glorious setting amongst the pine and olive trees on the edge of the Tramuntana mountains. The nearest neighbour is 400 metres away, and the villa is very private. If you like birds and nature you will love this villa. Nightingales singing in the morning and evening, Kites soaring overhead and a Pine Marten visits most days for a drink of water - so please leave some water out... The villa is lovely inside, just like the photos, but we preferred to spend most of our time in the outside space on the terrace or around the pool. The one downside is that the property faces east, so you do lose the sun a little earlier, but in June in was fine until 7pm. A car is a necessity and word of warning, if a standard height car, watch out when leaving the property and turning right as you need to swing wide or the car may get damaged on the bottom right rear corner by the rough ground - mine did, but once I was aware it was fine - just a word of warning! We cannot speak highly enough of Toni, the owner, very helpful and went the extra mile for us. Tarrat restaurant a 10 minute walk into the village is authentic Mallorcan cuisine, but only meat, no fish. In Port Andratx, Verico is superb, great food, wine and service, El Coche was very good too. If you venture into Port De Soller, the Kingfisher restaurant is a must for excellent fish - number one restaurant in the region. We stayed here for two weeks and it was a perfect relaxing holiday away from the crowds, and fill very likely return...

Lovely villa in secluded location
First time in Mallorca and this was a perfect spot for exploring the island, while being away from the hustle and bustle. We did one day in and one day out etc for the holiday. There are some good supermarkets within 20 mins, including Mercadona, Aldi and Lidl. The villa is every bit as good as it looks in the pictures and they even brought us a DVD player, as we wanted to take some films with us (An Amazon fire stick works okay, because the broadband is fast enough). The owners are very friendly (father and daughter) and gave a warm welcome. If I was to change anything, I'd say it needs a proper barbecue. We had to barbecue in what is, effectively a fire place. I'd suggest a gas powered one for barbecued bacon in the mornings! Recommended.

Schƶne Finca in Calvias Bergen
Wir hatten eine tolle Auszeit in Calvia. Nette, saubere Finca und sehr netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter-Kontakt. Als der GeschirrspĆ¼ler kaputt ging, haben die sich umgehend gekĆ¼mmert. Die Finca ist gepflegt (die Couch ist nicht mehr die neuste, aber drinnen haben wir uns fast nicht aufgehalten). Gepflegter AuƟenbereich, der auch alle paar Tage vom GƤrtner-Paar gepflegt wurde. Das Grillen-Zirpen ist im Hochsommer extrem laut, aber auch sehr idyllisch. Alles top! Gerne wieder!

De vakantiewoning was in Ć©Ć©n woord : prachtig ! Alleen jammer dat we bijna een hele week zonder internet & vaatwasser zaten, weliswaar buiten de wil van de eigenaar/verhuurder (stormschade).

Die Villa war sehr einladend, der Privatpool wirklich toll. Eine gut ausgestattete KĆ¼che (lediglich die Messer kƶnnten schƤrfer sein) sowie saubere SchlafrƤume mit gratis BettwƤsche und ausreichend frischen HandtĆ¼chern haben den Urlaub zu einem WohlfĆ¼hlerlebnis gemacht. Check in und E-Mail Kommunikation wƤhrend des Urlaubs klappten reibungslos. Die verschiedensten Sitzmƶglichkeiten auf der Terrasse rund um das Haus sowie die Grillecke rundeten das tolle Ambiente ab. FĆ¼r 4 Personen ist die Villa genau passend. Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Klare Weiterempfehlung und auch wir kommen gerne wieder.
