Your temporary home, the studio, is located in our private cottage - completely separate. With its own sun terrace, 2 sun loungers. A summer shower refreshes in the Mediterranean garden. Living and sleeping areas are designed to be open. A gallery leads to the double bed. On this level you will find the comfortable bathroom with toilet, sink, bathroom cabinet, with bath, shower, washing machine. Below then the kitchen with a dining table by the window, on the right side you can make yourself comfortable on the blue sofa, a pleasant place to watch TV (flat screen). Jackets and coats can be found right behind the glass door in the open wardrobe, for your suitcase content is a large closet with shelves and sliding doors available.

The latest heating technology with infrared on the ceiling awaits you. The open kitchen is equipped with everything one likes to have on vacation: Large fridge with freezer, cooker with ceramic hob, sep. Oven, coffee maker, kettle, önes crockery, glasses, cutlery, all cooking utensils are available, also sufficient linen and towels (beach towels please bring your own). For alfresco dining, the 18 square meter terrace is right in front of the studio. You can feel very private, because a lush flowering Mimosa and a Benjaminus frame your dining table. In summer, a widely extendable awning protects against direct radiation. You park your car in the parking bay directly at the house.

Bonne adresse
Logement totalement conforme au descriptif, très propre, bien aménagé, très fonctionnel et agréable avec 2 superbes terrasses. Bien situé, il permet de pouvoir visiter l'île tout en étant dans une zone résidentielle très calme. Petites attentions placées dans le frigo bien agréable lorsque l'on arrive (surtout de nuit). Adresse recommandée , nous n'hésiterions à y retourner.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem wirklich perfekt ausgestatteten Häuschen sehr genossen. Es war für wirklich alles gesorgt (über genug Handtücher, Badetücher, Waschmittel bis zur elektrischen Saftpresse war alles vorhanden, was man so in einem "Kurzzeit-Zuhause" benötigt). Die Lage ist grundsätzlich ein Traum, allerdings befindet sich in fußläufiger Nähe (außer El Chiringuito, dessen Preise mächtig angezogen sind und der Service wohl etwas nachgelassen hat) weder Restaurants noch Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, macht aber einen Besuch an den umliegenden Stränden mangels Parkplätzen auch nicht einfacher. Wir haben uns bei "Autos Custodia" auf dem Bulevar Peguera zusätzlich einen Roller gemietet - TOP Idee!!! Super Roller, guter Preis und Service. Ingrid und Jürgen sind prima Gastgeber und das im Kühlschrank befindliche "Willkommen" hat uns gut geschmeckt - vielen Dank :-) Liebe Grüße

Tout était très bien. L'appartement est parfaitement bien équipé. L'emplacement est très bien. C'est très calme. Un petit détail cependant. Les volets persiennes laissent passer le jour dès le levé du soleil. Peut-être que la pose de rideaux occultants serait la bienvenue. Sinon, ns recommandons ce logement. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Terrasse mit einem wunderbaren Blick in einen wunderschönen Garten waren ein echtes Highlight. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Ein Auto allerdings unbedingt empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung ist recht klein, hat aber alles was man braucht.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen, aber sehr gut ausgestatteten Apartment. Die Ausstattung war perfekt und reichlich. Es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert, sehr gut durchdacht für den Aufenthalt von Urlaubern. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse und Ausblick. So war Entspannung für Körper und Seele garantiert. Ein Auto ist hilfreich für Ausflüge in hübsche, umliegende Orte oder in die tolle Hauptstadt Palma. Herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung in optimaler Lage
Diese Ferienwohnung kann man nur bestens empfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. An alles haben die reizenden Gastgeber mit viel Liebe und Geschmack zum Detail gedacht, sowohl in der Küche, als im Bad, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Terrasse, Garten! Es fehlt gar nichts, um den Urlaub in herrlicher Ruhe und Natur zu genießen. Schon bei der Ankunft (spät am Abend) findet man den Kühlschrank mit den passenden Getränken vor und kann gleich genießen. Auch um die Frühstücksgetränke nicht nur am ersten Morgen muß man sich gar keine Sorgen machen. Einfach wunderbar, wenn auch an die kleinste Kleinigkeit gedacht wurde. Da zeigt sich viel Erfahrung und Herz!!! Auch langjährige Mallorcaliebhaber bekommen von den sehr, sehr netten, aber trotzdem zurückhaltenden Gastgebern noch neue Tipps. Die Nähe zu Palma und den Badebuchten ist natürlich auch ein großer Vorteil, zumal die Verkehrsanbindung sehr, sehr gut ist.

Traumhaftes Studio
Das Studio hat uns absolut überrascht, es liegt ruhig an einem Berghang in Costa de la Calma, ist sauber und gepflegt (was übrigens alle Gäste im Gästebuch bestätigen) hat einen hübschen und großzügigen Garten und lässt was die Einrichtung und Utensilien anbelangt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können dieses Haus mit dem Wohlfühlstudio mehr als nur empfehlen. Kompliment an die Besitzer sowie die Haushälterin "Nadia". Wir kommen wieder in dieses zauberhafte Anwesen. Es grüßt Lilli & Heinz

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem kleinen, aber sehr feinen Appartement sehr genossen! Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt - an alles ist gedacht! Es ist sauber, gemütlich und angenehm abgeschieden, aber Strand und Ort sind gut erreichbar. Ein Auto ist aber von Vorteil! Sehr dankbar waren wir über die Klimaanlage, die uns entspannte Nächte verschaffte, während es Hitze und eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit draußen hatte! Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub - sehr zu empfehlen!

Klein aber fein!
Die Unterkunft ist klein aber fein. Die Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Und der Ort sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein reizender Willkommensgruß lag bereit im Kühlschrank und wir waren sehr dankbar für das bereit gestellte Wasser bei unserer Ankunft. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wir möchten uns herzlich bedanken, für den schönen Aufenthalt in ihrer Unterkunft. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichst Christine und Walter Brugger

Sehr gut für Erwachsene ohne Behinderungen
Die Unterkunft ist schlicht aber vollständig und gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet, Matratzen sehr schön fest, Küche: Zur Selbstversorgung ist alles vorhanden, bis auf einen Geschirrspüler, den man aber zu zweit nicht wirklich braucht. Waschmaschine funktioniert bestens. Notwendige Verbrauchswaren (Geschirrspül-/Waschmittel etc.) sind für den Anfang sämtlich vorhanden, es gab sogar Kaffee,Tee, Extrawasser für beides etc. UND EINEN BEGRÜSSUNGSSEKT, ((-:). Sonnige oder schattige Terrasse, je nach Bedarf. Schöner Garten ringsum - auch in der Nachbarschaft ist alles sehr schön angelegt, rundum eine tolle Wohngegend. Für Vor- und Nachsaison gibt es in der Wohnung eine sehr gut funktionierende Heizung. Die Vermieter haben an alles gedacht. Kleine Strände rundum gut erreichbar - mit dem Auto -. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen jeder Art auf der Insel sehr gut geeignet. Die Gegend/der Ort ist sehr ruhig, man schläft besser als zu Hause. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt etc.) - mit dem Auto - schnell erreichbar. Aber: für Menschen mit (etwa altersbedingten (Behinderungen) oder Familien mit Kleinkindern (bei Kinderwagennutzung o.ä.) ist der Aufenthalt nicht geeignet, weil man wegen der Hangbebauung viele Treppenstufen steigen muß, ein wenig auch im Apartment selbst: Aufteilung auf 2 Ebenen. Last not least: Braucht man Hilfe, unterstützen die sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter einen sofort - telefonisch aus der Ferne - , man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Danke.
