Razoável. Pelo valor da diária a expectativa da estadia era maior. A conservação do quarto não estava igual na das fotos. O hotel além do quarto com café da manhã não oferece nada a mais para ser chamado de Resort. O quarto tem pouca iluminação, mais escuro, as roupas de banho ainda umidas, quarto e banheiro com mofo/bolor nas madeiras, janelas e teto. Durante a noite latidos de cachorros (possivelmente do terreno vizinho) que ficavam bem na frente da porta do nosso quarto. Acesso muito ruim, com ruas de terra, sem asfalto e com a chuva que teve estava com muito barro. Netflix não pegava na TV, segundo atendente devido internet e sinal da TV oscilava bastante, além de ter poucos canais diponiveis. Não me hospedaria novamente.

Excelente quarto, porém baixo custo/benefício
A estadia foi ótima, o quarto é muito aconchegante, tudo funciona muito bem. A cama é uma delícia, tem aquecedor na coberta e a hidro também estava toda funcionando. Toalhas e roupão de boa qualidade e cozinha completa. A minha única observação é que esperava mais do “resort” e por isso acho que não vale o preço que cobram. Por mais que o local seja bonito e muito bem cuidado, Não tem os quesitos para ser considerado resort, no dia não estava nem funcionando o restaurante, e era em um domingo com o hotel cheio. Se regularem o valor da estadia eu voltaria sim.

Nossa estadia foi excelente, atendimento muito bom, com funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. O chalé é muito pratico e confortável para o padrão de proposto. Limpeza impecável! Camas e colchões ótimos! O café da manhã foi relativamente bom, pois estão atendendo com agendamento e ficamos sozinhos e protegidos. Mas será preciso ampliar o salão e o balcão onde ficam as comidas e bebidas (pois o hotel está crescendo e vão ter que ampliar os serviços coletivos. O pessoal da alimentação é nota 10, muito simpáticos e cativantes. Recomendo !!

Quarto muito confortável, mas um pouco pequeno. Café da manhã servido no quarto com boas opções. Amei a manta térmica, faz muita diferença no frio, mas um absurdo cobrarem lenha a parte de uma diária de 1500 reais.

Bom no geral, excelente atendimento
A pousada em geral é boa e com instalações muito agradáveis e caprichadas, mas o quarto fica muito frio em dias frios em Monte Verde, e isso pode se tornar um pouco desconfortável. Minha sugestão seria colocar um aquecimento no quarto, pois a lareira apenas não é suficiente para mantê-lo aquecido.

Muito bom, mas deixando claro que o Magnífico não é um Resort pois tem apenas as excelentes suítes e mais nada. O local tem seus pontos fortes e fracos, por exemplo, a suite Paris onde fiquei realmente é um luxo, porém, o atendimento e o que oferecem não é compatível, não que seja ruim porém é muito simples, é um atendimento de pousada bem simples. Como falta de alcool para acender a lareira, sem guardanapo na cozinha, itens para manutenção como cortina, porta de entrada e luzes externas, wifi não funcionou. A Suite Paris fica isolada do restante da pousada, até a entrada é diferente, acredito que isso não foi muito bom para nós rs, pois minha esposa morreu de medo todas as noites com o breu do lado de fora ( iluminação em manutenção) fica no meio do mato e como a suíte é feita de vidro com estrutura de alumínio você ouve estalos o tempo todo do nada, mas como eu disse foi coisa nossa pois o lugar é bem tranquilo, mas quem tem uma pequena paranóia é complicado rs. Mas a suíte é linda, muito grande, chuveiro quente, hidromassagem excelente, camas e pisos que aquecem também e de dia uma vista muito linda, como eu disse acredito que essa suíte só não tem o atendimento a altura. Os poucos funcionários são bem atenciosos tentam resolver tudo numa boa vontade, ganhei 2 cortesias muito especiais. A pousada é nova então tem muito a crescer, principalmente na questão de atendimento e manutenção. mas no geral eu gostei sim e recomendo.

Desde o momento da reserva fomos atendidos com muita atenção e cordialidade. Logo no momento da chegada fomos recebidos com uma taça de vinho antes de sermos encaminhados para o chalé lindamente decorado com pétalas.O quarto muito bonito, aconchegante e romântico, e uma banheira iluminada com vista para o bosque dando o charme final. O café-da-manhã servido no quarto era farto e gostoso. O final de semana foi excelente, sem intercorrência. Parabéns para a equipe!

Quando cheguei me disseram que não havia reservas em meu nome, disse nunca ter escutado falar do expedia. Que havia um equivoco, mas nos locaram em um quarto que no fim das contas não tinha nem água quente no banheiro. Realmente a experiencia não foi das melhores por falta de organização do hotel.
