Our room was quite dirty. Had coffee splashed up the wall, mould in shower, carpets dirty, used spoon in coffee cup, wine bottles under children’s bed, trousers hanging in wardrobe. Sheets, toilet and sink were clean. Common areas including stairwell and corridors had a lot of grime. Deep clean all round is long overdue. Convenient location but we avoided staying here on our return trip through.

Horrible stay!
I do not recommend this hotel at all. Thankfully it was just for one night. Not clean, still piss in the toilet when we checked in. Door was not functioning, bathroom was not cleaned at all. we left as soon as possible. Stay away from this place. It needs a major update and ensure proper cleaning is made.

Fantatadtic helpful staff. Richard on the reception in the was a credit to the hotel. As was the lady who brought our meal to the table. The evening meal was delicious, and just the correct temperature. The bad was a bit lumpy, but considering the hotel was right next to a busy A14, there was no teafgic to be heard.

Absolute hell hole. The room is full of dust. We found spiders everywhere. My husband and my daughter are sick now as they're allergic to dust. We wanted to leave every minute we were there. Only good thing is kind staff and good breakfast.

Firstly, the property is no way close to the images shown. It's shabby, dirty and rooms were a hot furnace even at temperatures of 15 degree C. We had booked for 2 nights, couldn't sleep the 1st night and due to the shabby state, felt sick as well. However, on complaining, the staff at reception (Josh) apologised and agreed for a full refund, so we checked out of the hotel after 1st day of stay. However, i have been following up with the manager Louise as per suggested email by josh and there is no reply or response about the refund. Please refund my money and improve the state of the hotel.
