Hotel novo, ótimo café da manhã e atendimento.
Excelente atendimento, ótimo café da manhã, hotel novo, quarto bom, cama ok (poderia ser um mais macia, mas que fique claro que eu voltaria me hospedar no Asa, sem qualquer problema). Muito satisfeito com o custo x benefício. Boa localização. Está perto de alguns bares, restaurantes e pizzarias (uns 10 minutos à pé no máximo)

Conheço e gosto do hotel, porém em função de chuvas de granizo no dia do meu check-in 12/08/2023 não havia energia, nosso quarto entrou água molhando cortina e cama. O funcionário prontamente nos providenciou outro quarto, porém até o check out não pudemos tomar banho e fazer a higiene básica, pois não havia água no hotel. Entendemos a situação, mas como cliente esperava um posicionamento da direção do hotel sobre o ocorrido, demonstrando a preocupação com a satisfação do cliente. Infelizmente isso não ocorreu.

Estive a trabalho, excelente opção, ótimo custo x benefício. Bem localizado, tem opções de locais para refeição próximo. Quarto aconchegante e cama confortável. O hotel é novo, isso vale muito. Ponto alto para o café da manhã, bem completo.
