Uma experiência muito boa
Gostamos muito do resort : bonito, confortável, limpo , organizado com funcionários extremamente educados, solícitos , quarto espaçoso, com todas as necessidades como microondas, geladeira , um pequeno apt , roupa de cama limpíssima e toalhas de banho idem , até as usadas na piscina também , só o banheiro que apesar de limpo e com um bom chuveiro é um pouco pequeno, mas as outras dependências do resort e áreas de lazer como as piscinas muito limpas e bonitas , climatizadas e com o pessoal da manutenção sempre conservando , achamos muito parecida a arquitetura do prédio e o sistema com os hotéis e resorts americanos na Flórida , parecia que estávamos lá. Café da manhã bom , mas o único ponto negativo é para o jantar , achamos fraco , com quantidade ,mas sem qualidade, comida fraca , nesse ponto poderiam melhorar , já que o sistema é meia pensão, isso deixa a desejar, tirando isso nós adoramos e foi uma experiência muito boa mesmo, além de ter acesso livre ao bonito Thermas Water Park. Valeu!

Excelente!!
Foi sensacional, muito organizado, várias recreações, além do parque ser sensacional. De sexta a domingo é fechada a entrada do hotel diretamente pro parque, isso poderia mudar. As refeições muito bem feitas, tem bastante opções. Só acho um pouco demais a abordagem para aquisições de cotas e associações. Voltaria com certeza.

Ótima viagem em família com crianças.
Ficamos de segunda a sábado no ap 527. Tem um quarto bem grande e sala, camas e travesseiros confortáveis. Gostamos muito da estrutura do hotel e do atendimento. Os funcionários foram muito solicitos. No restaurante preparam separadamente algumas alimentações para nosso bebê. Quando precisamos de manutenção no secador de cabelo e ar condicionado do quarto resolveram rapidamente. O ponto negativo é que não é um all inclusive, mas pensão completa. Gostamos da refeições no geral, mas tem poucas variações.

Estadia muito boa, funcionários solícitos, acesso excelente ao parque aquático. O custo benefício do restaurante precisa melhorar, pois achei o preço alto pelo que é oferecido e também o preço cobrado pela "rolha" poderia ser excluído ou diminuído, dadas as opções de vinhos disponíveis. Para quem pretende aproveitar também o parque aquático, sugiro evitar os finais de semana, pois fica muito cheio.

Nao é all inclusive, tudo pago a parte, ate a pipoca do cinema das criancas. Muito voltado para monetizar tudo, pouca preocupacao em agradar os hospedes. Fila imensa para check out, qdo cheguei nao tinha onde estacionar, nao tem manobrista, mas ja sabia que seria mais ou menos assim pq tinha visto as avaliacoes. Parque muito lotado ate tentei ir mas filas enormes no parque que é aberto ao publico em geral, tambem fizeram jogar meu protetor lixo ao inves que solicitar que nao fosse usado. Nao voltarei por enquanto.

Apartamento amplo, com muito espaço. Equipe do hotel é um diferencial, ótimo atendimento. Adoramos a estrutura do hotel, funcionários excepcionais, atendimento, cordialidade impecáveis, o único ponto de melhoria com certeza é a alimentação. Precisa melhorar, vários dias foram servidos contra filé e estava duro, os doces eram extremamente doces, pouca opção de bolo de café da manhã, e os que tinham não eram bons. Precisa ter um café da tarde, para quem é de SP isso é muito necessário, sentimos muita falta, não precisa ser algo grandioso, uma mesa com pães de queijo, bolo e um café já estaria ótimo!

O Risort tenho ótima infraestrutura de recreação, incluindo muitas piscinas além de dar acesso gratuito ao Termas Water Park. Os quartos são bem espaçoso, Com três camas e um sofá cama, uma mini cozinha tem um ótimo chuveiro. A alimentação é um destaque a parte: Café da manhã jantar muito farto com grande variedade no cardápio, a qualidade dos pratos é espetacular além da bebida não alcoólica inclusa. Vale Apenas a opção meia pensão.
