Bom, nossa estadia foi uma aventura nao muito boa, porém nao tira o mérito do hotel ser muito bom e confortável. Chegamos no hotel e fomos muito bem recepcionados por duas moças, nao me lembro o nome. Estacionamos o carro no estacionamento do hotel que fica na frente, sem custo adicional, o estacionamento estava cheio, achamos uma vaga bem pertinho da recepção. Fizemos o chekin, pegamos a chave do nosso quarto 509. Hotel novinho, tudo muito bonito, facil acesso, ficamos encantados. Entramos no quarto, quarto simples, pequeno, tudo novo, muito limpo e confortavel. Banheiro bem novo e limpo. Meu esposo tomou banho, saiu do banheiro e logo trocou de roupa, quando de repente escutamos a macaneta da porta abrir, era uma mulher abrindo a porta do nosso quarto, isso mesmo, uma hospede com sua familia abrindo a porta do nosso quarto. Ficamos chocados e ela com certeza também. Pediu desculpas e fechou a porta. Eu fiquei incredula, pois tinha visto uma reclamacao aqui no hoteis.com, uma pessoa reclamando que entrou em um quarto que ja tinha hospede. Enfim ficamos sem saber o que fazer. Depois de 5 min desse ocorrido, a recepcionista liga no nosso celular dizendo que tem um hospede la em bairro falando que batemos no carro dele, meu Deus... ja estavamos cansados de viajar o dia todo e tinha mais essa pra resolver... enfim conseguimos mostrar e provar que nao fomos nós e a acusacao dele estava errada. Teve o elevador tambem que deu um tranco e desligou com a gente dentro. Varios sustos

Atendimento por uma recepcionista péssima!
Hotel incrível, muito bem cuidado, novo e excelente em questão de estrutura. Mas o atendimento foi péssimo, horrível pra ser mais específico, fui atendido por uma recepcionista que sei o nome mas prefiro não mencionar, que no primeiro dia que cheguei, até relevei porque achei que ela estava em um dia ruim, mas não tive indicação de onde era o elevador, qual o horário de café da manhã, de academia, piscina e muito menos senha de Wi-Fi, como seria, além de tudo ela não tinha a menor educação e empatia pelas pessoas, ela só perguntava e falava seca comigo, eu entendo que todos tem o seu momento ruim, no dia da minha saída, peguei a mesma recepcionista, e fui novamente muito mal atendido, perguntei da minha nota e ela olhando pra tela do computador, respondeu “chega no e-mail” e eu disse obrigado e sai. Pagamos pela hospedagem e gostaria de o hotel ao menos colocasse pessoas que sabem receber as pessoas, tive contato com outros recepcionistas, e foram muito respeitosos e educados.

Cafe da manha em local super apertado que nao comporta a quantidade de hospedes. Apenas 2 travesseiros baixos, pedimos mais 1 travesseiro, aguardamos por 40 min e quando ligamos de novo nos informaram que nao tinha mais travesseiros no hotel. Da para ouvir o quarto vizinho, passamos horas ouvindo som de sexo no quarto ao lado. Check in e check out rápidos e sem problemas.

Ótimo custo benefício. Quarto confortável, boa roupa de cama, cama gostosa, chuveiro bom. Limpeza bem feita. Ar condicionado funcionando bem. Staff muito bom. Café da manhã simples, mas atende a um 3 estrelas de forma adequada. Facilidades no hall com pequena venda de alimentos e bebidas. Boa localização com acesso à rodovia. Facilidade para estacionar sem custo extra. Nada a reclamar. Só tive dificuldade com a TV do quarto, pois a conexão não estava boa.
