610m2 European mansion (land with 2. 000m2), in Condominium with minimum accommodation of 10 people and maximum for 25 people, fifteen minutes from Baden-Baden, with breathtaking view and silence of the surrounding nature.

It has eight suites, plus a very cozy attic. Parking for 8 cars, 3 covered parking spaces. Living room with 2 fireplaces and large kitchen with panoramic view of the forest. Dorms and intimate board area running.

The house is sunny, warm and cozy, with modern and tasteful furniture, amidst the charming local nature.

Architecture project developed especially for the region, Gourmet Space with barbecue and pizza oven.

We offer services of day-laborer to prepare breakfast, to clean / clean fireplaces, to clean rooms, to open / close electronic gate .. Groceries on behalf of the host

We accept small animals (under prior consultation).

For children up to 4-5 years, we have a small shade available that can also be used as a cot (we have a mattress).

All beds have duvets and waterproof lining.
Bed linen, bath, pillows and kitchen for being of personal use, are on account of the host. We can arrange however you will have an extra fee.

The land of the property still allows small helicopter landing.

Uma estadia muito boa, excelente imóvel e excelente proprietária e anfitriã. Ótima localização, a 7 minutos dos melhores bares e restaurantes do Capivari. Curtimos um friozinho aconchegante e fizemos maravilhosos passeios. A caseira foi atenciosa e a casa é limpa, com cozinha completa, várias cômodos, 2 lareiras, enfim, até levamos nossos pets, e há um jardim na frente e outro nos fundos. No geral, a casa é boa e bem localizada.
Fomos em familia (total de 19 pessoas) passar 7 dias na casa. Encontramos pontos positivos e pontos que precisam ser melhorados, especialmente para estadias mais longas e com bastante gente. Pontos positivos: - A casa é ampla, bem ventilada e ensolarada (não tem cheiro mofo); - Localização excelente, com vista maravilhosa (fica no topo da montanha). - A caseira Sandra é muito prestativa e atenciosa, sempre pronta em ajudar. - Smart TV com possibilidade de assistir Netflix, Prime, Youtube, etc. Pontos que precisam de atenção: - Os chuveiros são elétricos e não possuem força de água, alguns dias ficamos sem chuveiro e sem água em 2 das 8 suítes; - A máquina de lavar louça estava desinstalada e não funcionou. - A máquina de lavar roupa também não funcionou, mas conseguimos usar a do caseiro. - O sofá da sala estava rasgado.

Passamos um final de semana na cidade e escolhemos essa casa como estadia. A localização é muito boa, próxima ao Capivari e as principais atrações da cidade e com uma bela vista. A estrutura da casa, também é super completa, contando com diversos quartos, banheiros etc. Porém, apesar de tudo isso o ponto alto foi o atendimento oferecido pela proprietária e pelos caseiros muito simpáticos que nos recepcionaram e fizeram de tudo para tornar nossos dias o mais agradável possível.
