Lugar hororoso ! Queriam me dar um quarto inferior no que eu tinha pago! Quando fui reclamsr me falaram que o quarto q eu tinha alugado estava reformando. Isso as 7 da noite,sendo que eu tinha ido no hotel meio dia ! Lugar podre que ninguém precisa ir ! ! Claramente eu não fiquei lá ! E agora terei que abrir um processo contra pra recuperar o dinheiro pago

Em meio de tantos comentários ruins assustamos com medo de chegar ao o hotel, porém quando chegamos saimos super sastifeito quartos limpos , banheiro limpos , café da manhã maravilhoso , o funcionário do hotel carlos que ajuda no café totalmente atencioso , recepção todos atenciosos, nada a reclamar saimos surpreendidos!!! Hotel maravilhoso e simples !

Os funcionários são muitos atenciosos e simpáticos. Porém a infraestrutura do hotel é escassa, a piscina não é aquecida,e acaba sendo não usada, não tem aquecedor em todos os quartos, café da manhã muito fraco, toalhas muito velhas, colchão de uma das camas muito velhos é mole.

Senti falta de um aquecedor no quarto, a TV a cabo que está na descrição só pega SBT e Globo, a piscina aquecida está desativado, o café da manhã seria top se não tivesse achado cabelo no ovo mexido, e o local necessita de uma boa reforma, no banheiro tinha infiltração e vazamento na pia.

Pelas fotos ao reservar o hotel parecia estar em melhor estado do que pessoalmente. No meu quarto o espelho todo manchado dificultando até para passar maquiagem, a pia vazava o tempo todo água deixando o banheiro molhado, e o box também estava quebrado. O ambiente estava limpo, mas o cheiro acredito que do taco estava muito forte.

Quase satisfatório, não combina c/ $600/diária
Hotel fraco. Estamos num lugar frio e úmido, assim, não admitimos apenas manta ao invés de cobertores ou edredons na cama, assim como não é legal trocar as toalhas de banho somente a cada 2 dias, pois elas não secam. Prometeu secador de cabelos no banheiro, nao façam o hóspede ter de buscar na recepção. Prometeu TV a cabo no quarto, não disponibilize apenas 2 canais abertos. O horário de café da manhã apenas a partir das 8h30 da manhã não cabe pra uma família que está com crianças que acordam cedo, e tb não admite a pouca variedade ofertada.

Propaganda enganosa... CUIDADO!!!
Propaganda enganosa! Anunciam um produto no site e vendem outro totalmente diferente... O quarto estava mofado, o frigobar com café derramado em cima do mesmo e impregnado, falam aqui no anúncio do hotéis.com que tem secador de cabelos e canais por assinatura, não havia nada disso, tv tela plana antiga 21 polegadas com 4 canais abertos. Segurança zero, não recomendo pois chegamos para o check in e o atendente nem solicitou documentos, só assinei e já peguei a chave do chalé ( e se eu fosse um bandido???) Sem falar que não fica nenhum funcionário na portaria, ou seja entra quem quer e a hora que quiser, a piscina que anunciam aqui, pura farsa, local abandonado, água da piscina suja, pela metade e amarelada, local abandonado cheio de Mato, nas quadras, brinquedos do parque quebrados, mas o que me surpreendeu de verdade foi a hora de fazer o check out, 23:50 não havia ninguém na recepção, liguei no telefone, chamei, andei por tudo e nenhum funcionário, isso que dissemos que a recepção funciona 24 horas. Novamente ninguém na portaria, em um local ermo e distante do centro, não reservem, pois vão se arrepender amargamente, como eu e minha esposa ficamos!!! Espero que o hotéis.com selecione melhor os estabelecimentos que são oferecidos no site e façam uma vistoria antes, vou procurar meu direito como consumidor, tenho provas de tudo que relatei aqui.
