Pelo preço eu esperava um pouco mais do café da manhã e como fomos no final de semana do Dia dos Namorados eu também esperava que hotel fosse oferecer algum mimo. No mais estava tudo muito bom e o local é lindo demais.

O hotel está numa localização privilegiada com uma boa estrutura mas precisa de uma revitalização. Móveis e cortinas um tanto envelhecidos. Muitos reparos a serem feitos. Funcionários muito educados e solicitos, o que não compensa a falta de conforto no café da manhã. As mesas não ficam arrudas com louças e talheres, o que facilita saber quais estão disponíveis, fazendo com que o hóspede tenha que buscas tudo que necessita. Outra grande falha: na véspera da hospedagem perguntei ao hotel se seria possível fazer um checkin antecipado e a resposta não foi nem positiva nem negativa, foi um “vou verificar se conseguimos”, só.

Descanso em São Bento do Sapucaí
Local bastante agradável. Ficamos no quarto "vila" e tínhamos uma vista linda através da sacada do quarto. A pousada tem estrutura completa, com piscina e jardins bem cuidados. O quarto é confortável, tem até lareira! O café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar, pois sentimos falta de pães ou biscoitos macios e saborosos. Estes alimentos eram produzidos na própria pousada, com aparência bem melhor do que o sabor. O maior problema foi que tínhamos reservado e pago por 6 noites a partir de 20/10 e o sistema só reconhecida a data de entrada como 21/10. Mas a situação foi resolvida e nos preparam um quarto logo que chegamos

Pro preço da diária, precisa melhorar bem.
Equipe muito mal treinada de forma geral, mas principalmente no restaurante. Café da manhã e uma decepção. Frios ressecados, não vi nada da região, bolo ok, pão ok. Não tem uma torradeira ou sanduicheira, reposição demorada. Carta de vinhos sem nenhum vinho da região, não vi nenhum queijo da região. Check in sem ninguém para ajudar com as malas, fora que o estacionamento é bem longe do quarto que eu fiquei, chegamos a noite, cansados e nenhuma ajuda nesse sentido…. Se a diária valesse 600,00 eu não teria reclamado. hotel lotado e só uma massagista…. Entao um final de semana a 2.500,00 fora a alimentação, achei que o hotel não entrega tá longe de entregar o que cobra. Fora que escolhi um quarto no app e depois me disseram que não poderia levar criança pra esse quatro, apenas na alta temporada, o que não faz nenhum sentido…..

Custo beneficio não condiz com o valor pago
Achei muito caro pelo que é oferecido, acredito ser mais nome do que realmente tem no local. Ao chegar a moça na recepcao era bem seca e nos passou o minimo de informacao, eu havia entrada em contato pelo zap avisando que levaria o pet, mas acho que nao foi anotado, quando cheguei com minha cachorra essa funcionaria achou ruim que naontinha anotado e disse que ru nao havia avisada, falei para ela olhar o zap que estava la, achei bem grossa e com pouca vontade. Apos nos instalarmos no quarto e vendo que havia mudado a recepcionista voltamos a recepção e tiramos as duvidas. Os demais funcionarios todos sao muito simpaticos e prestativos. O local é muito bonito porem todo o servico é terceirizado e caro, o cafe da manha é bem simples, sem variedade, os bolos vão passando de dia em dia ate acabar. A limpeza do quarto aparenta ser boa, porém como estava muito frio peguei as cobertas no guarda roupa e tinham varios cabelos grudados nos cobertores. A internet não funcionava, a tv a cabo tambem nao, tivemos que chamar a manutenção no dia seguinte para arrumar e era um cabo desconectado atras do aparelho, acho que poderiam deixar o local pronto para receber as pessoas. No uqarto que fiquei a torneira do banheiro e chuveiro não fechavam muito bem tinha que ficar forçando se não ficava pingando e gastando agua. Como comentei acho que devem melhorar muito para cobrar o valor que se é cobrado, porque o custo beneficio nao vale a pena.

Quartos sem isolamento acústico
Lugal bonito, atendimento ótimo! Um único grande problema: os quartos sao separados por uma única porta! Não há sistema de isolamento acustico de som! Nós NAO conseguimos dormir ate que os nossos “vizinhos de quarto” decidiram dormir também. Tudo o que era falado no quarto ao lado a gente ouvia do nosso quarto! E assim foram as duas noites que ficamos la! Por conta disso, nao recomendo!

Paisagem deslumbrante
A estrutura e localização da Pousada são muito boas e a vista da piscina, ou do restaurante permitem a contemplação de uma paisagem incrível, inclusive da Pedra do Baú. O café da manhã é delicioso e rico em opções.Também gostamos muito da equipe de lazer. Para se tornar perfeita, falta apenas o aquecimento da piscina, que permitiria melhor uso do espaço.
