Gostei muito! O quarto e o banheiro tem um bom tamanho. Todo aquecido, inclusive o piso do banheiro. Tudo muito conservado e organizado. Localização ótima! Iamos a pé para o Capivari sem problemas!

Uma delícia, quarto muito confortável com calefação e banheiro com chão aquecido. O atendimento de todos os funcionários foram nota 10! Perto do centro de Capivari que pode ser feito a pé, sem precisar tirar o carro do estacionamento.

Chuveiro não esquentava e a recepção não resolveu
A ducha do nosso quarto não estava esquentando direito. Avisamos e recepção à noite e falaram que estavam verificando. Esperamos e nada, acabamos tomando banho numa água bem norma (e estava bem frio). Na manhã seguinte, a ducha ainda não funcionava direito. Avisamos novamente a recepção e falaram que um técnico estava mexendo. Pediram para esperarmos. Esperamos mais de 3h e nada. Só aí falaram que iriam disponibilizar um quarto para tomarmos banho. Achei um descaso. Poderiam ter nos oferecido um quarto desde a noite anterior, mas não fizeram. Nos deixaram tomar banho numa água norma e depois nos deixaram esperando mais de 3h.

Hotel perdeu seu charme : crianças (que não se permitiam antes) correndo entre as mesas no café da manhã , gritando (roubando o sossego que se tinha antes da mudança da direção) , móveis já desgastados ( poltronas e sofás) ; limpeza menos eficiente que antes (os quartos , impecáveis , antes eram odorizados com perfume , que até compramos na recepção) . Loivável a novidade de se poder tomar uma sopa ou pizzas brotinho à hora do jantar , porém estavam sofríveis) . Ressalte-se o atendimento gentil e educado dos funcionários , que nos agradou . Pena o Solar d’Izabel não tenha mantido a excelência de antes , que foi o que motivou nossa volta a nos hospedarmos .

Gostei do hotel, bem confortável e familiar com café da manhã variado e chá da tarde muito bom, a única coisa é que o horário de café que poderia ser mais cedo e a quantidade de sabonete foi insuficiente, são três pessoas e só um sabonete. Do mais, estava bem satisfatório
