Wow Wow Wow!
You are looking for a perfectly located, clean and spacious house for you and your friends? Then you are more than right here. You will find a top equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The house is located in a quiet area with direct view to the sea, so you won't miss any sunrise. The large outdoor terrace overlooking the well-kept garden offers the perfect ambience for a glass of wine. In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets and a wonderful bakery where you can eat for very little money. Within walking distance is a nature reserve and a yacht club. There are more than enough parking spaces arround the house. We were there over Christmas (night temperature about 10 degrees Celsius). The pleasant floor heating provides a perfect indoor climate. Drive to Palma by car about 30 minutes. Conclusion: Highly recommended!

Amazing villa, great hosts!
The villa is very spacious and beautiful, included everything you need for relaxing holiday. We enjoyed the sea view, terrace, the silence of Sa Rapita, wonderful beaches nearby. As well, we felt really welcomed and big Thanks to Miguel and Isabelle for great hospitality.

Beautiful home steps from the beach
We really enjoyed our stay in Mallorca. Great space and location with views of the water. Clean, friendly hosts, who were responsive. Quaint beach town, but with restaurants, pharmacy, grocer, and other services within a couple minute walk. 10-minute walk to great beach. Wifi was slow to virtually unusable, but amounted to a forced vacation from checking email. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook in. Safe, quiet neighborhood. You'll definitely want to rent a car if you want to explore the rest of the island or Palma, as it's about a 30-40 minute drive or expensive taxi fare. Driving there was easy and there's plenty of street parking. Enjoy!

Sehr schönes Haus
Wie waren haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war Sauber. Bis auf das Geschirr, das brauchte nochmal einen Spülgang. Der Grill war auch nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte ein paar kleine Reparaturen. Trotzdem ein wunderschönes Haus. Es hat oben 3 Doppelzimmen und 1 Zimmer mit Etagenbett. Im Erdgeschoss hat sich auch noch ein Zimmer versteckt mit einem einzelnen Bett. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Der Strand von Es Trenc ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen aber hat uns gar nicht gefallen. Wir sind lieber zu Fuß an den Strand, links die Straße runter. Da lag Seegras am Strand aber er ist trotzdem viel schöner. In der Nähe ist Campos und da gibt es Müller und Lidl.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt mit einem herzlichen Willkommen für alle Gäste einschließlich unserem Hund. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hatte viele angenehme Kleinigkeiten ( zum Beispiel Strandtaschen und Sonnenhüte) . Die Polstermöbel bedürfen mal einer Erneruerung( helles Lederleicht abgenutzt mit Hussen drauf) aber insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem als Familie mit Baby und Jugendlichen. Als Hinweis an den Gastgeber, einige Dinge im Sanitärbereich müssten mal saniert/repariert werden. Da unsere Woche heiße Außentemperaturen hatte, wären Klimaanlagen nicht schlecht gewesen.

Das Haus aus dem Jahr 2009 wird offensichtlich nicht instand gehalten. Fassadenrisse, Stockflecken, Whirlpool funktioniert nicht, verrostete Lampen, Spiegel, Esstisch. Garagentor verrostet und nicht funktionsfähig. Im Keller aussortierter schimmelige Kühl/Gefrierkombination. Aussortierte Lampen, Spielzeug, ca. hundert verpackte Kartons, Beleuchtung nur Glühlampen in Fassung. In der Küche Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine verrostet, Ausstattung von Ikea einschl. Vorhänge und Geschirr. Sonnenliege defekt. Bäder: Toilettenbürsten mit Ekelfaktor, abgebrochener Toilettenrollenhalter, verrostetes Badregal unter Handtuchhalter, offener Waschbeckenabfluss und Stockflecken und Risse im Gebäude.

Traumhaus, etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Das Haus ist ein Traum, wurde liebevoll und individuell bis ins kleinste Detail geplant und gebaut. Die Raumaufteilung und der Meerblick sind grandios. Für einen Urlaub mit Familie/Freunden ideal. Wir haben dort sehr wohl gefühlt, abwechselnd mit Familie und Freunden gewohnt und von dort aus auch gearbeitet. Die Internetverbindung ist dafür ausreichend. Leider wird es nicht mehr von den Eigentümern selbst genutzt und seitdem vernachlässigt. Unsere Familie besitzt und betreut selbst mehrere Ferienwohnung in mehreren Ländern. Die Betreuung durch Miguel war klasse. Das Reinigungsteam war sehr freundlich und kam zuverlässig. Schmunzelnd haben wir festgestellt, dass die Reinigungskräfte offensichtlich international dasselbe vergessen ;-). Was dieses wunderschöne Haus dringend benötigt, ist ein Check Up der Eigentümer und Austausch der Dinge, die inzwischen abgenutzt sind (möglichst Austausch nicht wieder mit IKEA). Das kann ein Hausverwalter nicht entscheiden. Für den Tourismusverband in der Schweiz wären einige Punkte inakzeptable. In Deutschland wäre maximal eine 4-Sterne-Klassifizierung möglich. Das ist insofern ein Jammer, als dass das Haus selbst die Grundvoraussetzungen für eine Top-Bewertung mitbringt. Also liebe Eigentümer, geht mal wieder in Euer wunderschönes Traumhaus, genießt die Zeit dort und bringt die Sachen auf Vordermann. Empfehlen können wir das Haus!

Tolles Haus mit Meerblick
Wir haben mit 5 Erwachsenen und drei Kindern in diesem großzügigen Haus einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Die Schlafzimmer und die Badezimmer ganz grossartig. Auch die Terasse ganz toll, sodass wir häufig in grosser Runde draußen gegessen haben. Auch der Inhaber Miguel ist ein toller Mensch und reagiert sofort, wenn man einen Wunsch hat. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen und der kleine Ort Sa Rapita ist auch sehr schön.

Great villa, perfect location and a lovely ocean view.
A modern spacious high standard villa with all the necessities. We stayed 3 weeks, me and my husband and our dogs. Our two boys with girlfriends were visiting us for a long weekend. The house is very comfortable and warm even in Mallorca winter season. Sunny location all day in February . Nice restaurant s and grocery stores in walking distance.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Fußläufig gibt es alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht: Supermarkt, Restaurants und der Strand in ca. 10 Min. Es gibt ein paar Mängel, wie korrodierte Armaturen in den Bädern, tropfender Kühlschrank und schwergängige Fensterläden, die uns aber nicht weiter gestört haben. Der Vermieter hatte uns im Voraus über eine Baustelle in der Nähe informiert und 20% Rabatt angeboten. Es gab aber kaum Lärm, vielleicht auch wegen eines Feiertags in dee Woche.

Gute Lage, Sauberkeit na ja…
Wir waren insgesamt 8 Nächte in dem 2009 fertig gestellten Haus und können ehrlich gesagt die guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Am Tag der Anreise mussten wir feststellen, dass die Küche sehr schlecht bis gar nicht gereinigt wurde. Klebende Griffe an den Schubläden, im Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach waren noch die kompletten Reste (geöffnet Getränke und Speisen, ausgelaufene Eiscreme) unserer Vorgänger, ein ekeliger Anblick. Wir haben dann selbst alles gründlich gereinigt und den Vermieter benachrichtigt. Laut seiner Aussage kam so etwas noch nie vor, uns wurde eine erneute Reinigung angeboten und 2 Übernachtungen gratis fürs nächste Jahr (die wir übrigens nicht Anspruch nehmen wollen). Insgesamt ist die Küche voll von unbrauchbarem alten und abgenutzten Kochgeschirr, das noch nicht mal richtig sauber war. In sämtlichen Küchen-Schubläden und Schränken hat sich altes Zeug gesammelt, das kein Mensch mehr verwenden will. Eigentlich müsste die komplette Küche inkl. der Elektrogeräte ausgetauscht werden, da komplett abgewohnt. Es würde 20% der vorhandenen Ausstattung reichen, wenn diese sauber und geordnet wäre. In den Bädern waren ebenfalls die Reste von vermutlich mehreren Vorgängern hinterlassen…unzählige geöffnete Zahnpastatuben, Deos, Sonnencreme, etc. Die Garage ist nicht nutzbar, da das Garagentor defekt ist (war für uns aber nicht so schlimm weil Parkplätze auf der Straße draußen vorhanden sind). Das Haus hat keine Klimaanlage und nur Vorhänge mit optischem Effekt, mit denen man die 3 (sauberen) Schlafzimmer leider nicht wirklich verdunkeln kann. Der Straßenlärm vorm Haus ist somit nicht zu vernachlässigen…weil man aufgrund der fehlenden Klimaanlage ja nachts die Fenster offen lassen muss, um für Abkühlung zu sorgen. Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im ebenfalls im mit Gerümpel vollgestellten Keller. Fazit: Schöne Lage des Hauses, wenige Meter vom Meer und Strand entfernt. Sa Rapita ist ein schöner Ort mit guten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kontakt zum Vermieter war durchaus nett und fand ausschließlich über WhatsApp statt. Wir haben ihn selbst nicht zu sehen bekommen. Küche nicht mehr appetitlich, 2 Bäder von 3 ok (nachdem wir die Reste unserer Vorgänger entsorgt hatten), Schlafzimmer ok…es sind aber praktisch bloß 3 nutzbar, in den anderen steht nur ein Bett, sonst nichts. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für uns nicht angemessen. Vor allem wegen der Küche keine Weiterempfehlung von uns.

Familienurlaub in Sa Rapita
Wir waren allgemein sehr zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub auf Mallorca. Die Unterkunft von Miguel ist gut gelegen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf Meer. Der berühmte Es Trenc Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar, ansonsten konnte man auch mit dem Auto hinfahren. Wir empfehlen den hinteren Teil des Strandes zu nutzen. Da war das Wasser deutlich klarer. Miguel war den ganzen Zeit gut erreichbar und ist wegen Check-out uns entgegengekommen. Vielen Dank. Wir haben unsere Urlaub sehr genossen.

Ich kann jedem das Haus nur weiterempfehlen! Die Lage ist wundervoll, der Ausblick aufs Meer ein echter Traum. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Freunden und hatten 5 wundervolle Tage im Frühsommer. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter Miguel war unkompliziert und er war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Traumhaus in Traumort
Wir waren in den Ostetferien mit 4 Personen (2 Paare) und einem Hund in Sa Rapita zu Gast bei Miguel im Haus. Der Aufenthalt hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Beschreibung:Realität ist 1:1. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Kommunikation mit Vermieter per WhatsApp problemlos. Muchas gracias!!!!

Great place
The place was absolutely fantastic. Unlike most places, there are large window fronts, which allowed us to enjoy lots of February sun (for summer there are shutters of course). One of the best gimmicks was the floorheating though. Thanks a lot for having us!
