Beautiful wooden house of 90m2, located in the best area of Camprodón, Ripollés village in Girona. Origin of the famous Birba cookies whose unmistakable image of the Romanesque bridge in the middle of the village makes them unique in the world.
To enjoy ALL YEAR ROUND: in summer for its mountainous environment, neighboring the French mountains and with routes for all audiences, from families to the most daring mountaineers. Golf next to the house. Location outside the center of the village but close enough to have the trade at a distance that makes it possible not to depend on the car.
In winter, half an hour from the Vallter 2000 ski slopes, perfect for family vacations or ski mountaineers of all levels.
The situation of the house is in a privileged and quiet place. With its own exclusive garden.
Parties are not allowed. Do not make noise or play loud music.
