Very unpleasant odor, like stale old smoke throughout hallways and was worse in our room. Smells as though there maybe was smoking allowed in the building in the past. The bedding felt damp.

Very nice spot, front desk staff very welcoming and pleasant! Would stay again when in the area. Only downside was no elevator and the stairs are a little tight for lugging large suitcases up to the second floor.

Staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating especially after the first room had ants and a sewage smell. Moved to second room and had a backed up shower drain. But, once we got off the first floor no problems. Just wish there was an elevator

Great location and amenities. Clean looking rooms but smelled like dogs, not sure if it’s the AC or the carpet. The bathroom also had a strong mildew smell despite looking very clean. I booked last minute and grabbed the last room available which turned out to be a handicap room. The front desk who checked me in said I should have specified a non handicap room and said she’d switch my room, but she also found that there were no other rooms available. Weird attitude and way of talking to a customer. Person who checked me out and staff I met at breakfast were both very welcoming otherwise.

Property appeared to be nice from the outside and lobby however once past the lobby the building smelt horrible bad of cigarette smoke. There were stains on the carpets in the hallways. upon getting to our room I was able to make it into the room past opening the door, as the smell of smoke was so disgusting. I left and slept in my truck as I was so off put by the hotel. More like a motel. I will not be staying here again. Corporate management staff was kind and friendly and fast on getting me a refund for our room.

Front desk Terry was very nice during our check in, we found no issues with the property as it was noted on a previous review that I had seen. My only issued was with the Pool hours 10am to 10pm… we were unable to enjoy it because check out time is 11am.
