The front door lock was broken, and door was open when we arrived. It was impossible to close it. The temperature in the room was below 64 degrees and there was no way to turn off the fan. We left the room as soon as we received confirmation from local management. Conversation with management preserved on my phone. They told us that we will receive full compensation during 3-4 days
