This place is a gem. It's immaculately clean, nicely furnished, very private and quiet, and just a great place to stay. It's a short drive -- less than 5 minutes-- to the center of town, but that was just fine. The owner was very prompt in all communications, and was hospitable to a degree that is sorely missing from some others that we have experienced. If I return to the Canandaigua area, I will absolutely book this place immediately.

A great place to stay overnight for concerts at CMAC or even longer. It’s a clean, beautiful bungalow and perfect for up to four guests. You feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. Your host is awesome to deal with and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. We are planning on staying there again.

House is perfect! Comfortable, clean, and plenty of room! Beds are comfortable, but the giant bean bag chair is the best! Great sound bar speaker for streaming music, and a big tv with 2 comfy couches. I’ll definitely return!!

Cant say enough about this place. We were only passing through and this was our halfway point coming home from the east coast, but we will consider coming back for a full week sometime. Perfect Spot!
This was a perfect VRBO for us. Canandaigua is a charming town and the home was super close to downtown shops and restaurants. It was very clean and cozy but also set back from the road, so it was quiet. The house had everything we needed and our host was very gracious. Her thoughtful preparation for our arrival was a very welcoming surprise and made celebrating on this trip even more special. Checking in and out was very easy and low-key compared to other VRBOs we have stayed at. It truly was just arrive and unwind and no stress for checkout. Thank you Tonia for a wonderful stay! If we visit Canandaigua again, we would be sure to return.

Perfect stay!
My niece & I stayed overnight so we could attend a concert at the CMAC. This house had everything we needed or wanted. The interior is well appointed and comfortable. Both bedrooms were nicely set up and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of closet space if you’re staying for awhile. Everything was spotless and modern. Communication with the owner was seamless and quick. The location was perfect. Close to Sonnenburg Gardens, the CMAC and downtown shops and restaurants. We would definitely rent again if staying in the area.
