Fully self-contained from the main house that sits above & beside this studio, the location in Denman Prospect is fantastic, surrounded by large family homes & near Denman's much loved Ridgeline Park.

The kitchenette is equipped with a kettle, toaster, stovetop, fridge-freezer and microwave, as well cookware and crockery.
The bathroom has a washing machine as well.
There is unlimited free street parking on this street.
Guests have full use of the whole studio. Please note that there is a door between the studio and the main house. This is a locked door, so the studio is fully secure from the house. Entry to the studio is via the private external door on the right side of the house.
