Located perfectly in the middle of Woden, this 1 bedroom apartment tucked away on the tenth floor, overlooking the rooftop pool, is one not to be missed. You can call this place home for your time in Canberra. It has one dedicated (free) carspace, is beautifully modern with a galley kitchen, lovely bathroom, Queen bed, all the up to date appliances you would expect from a new apartment, as well as Wi-Fi to enjoy. Enjoy views out towards the city and the excellent convenience of this apartment.

This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge freezer and plenty of cupboard space. The open plan living space flows on out to the covered patio that overlooks the rooftop pool and has views out over Woden and the rooftop pool.

The bedroom has a Queen size bed and large mirrored wardrobe.
There is an internal laundry (free) with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

You also have access to the rooftop saltwater pool for your pure enjoyment. Nearby the pool is also a BBQ area for communal use.

There is also a gym inside the building for you to use, open 24hrs.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment. They also can use the pool, gym, BBQ area (shared with other residents).

Woden has a lot to offer - large Westfield shopping centre (with Big W, Coles, Woolies & David Jones) , open parks (eg nearby Eddison Park), outdoor swimming pool & ice rink, Hoyts cinema, Woden library, many cafes, bars, pubs, restaurants, clubs all within a walk away from this apartment.

Woden is central in Canberra and it is easy to drive to anywhere in the city from here.

The Canberra Hospital is just a 5 minute drive away or a 10/15 minute walk.

There is one dedicated underground car space for our guests to use. The bus station is next door, so access is easy to the rest of Canberra.

This apartment has full lift access.
