Food are bad, on first day they will ask you to join their legendary program which I think is just a scam. The transportation is worst. They blocked all Ubers and only allow you to book Taxi on premises but chargers 2-4times the price of Uber.

Property is new and the rooms are great. All come with a hot tub on the balcony and if you're lucky like we were, you get the large balcony with the large tub. Everything is new so nothing to worry there. Since the property is new, they're still getting the kinks out with service and amenities. Also don't like them hounding you about joining there club which is like time share. Location is not the best, away from the main town and your secluded to only the property.

Room service was a major issue. The property is nice and our room was fantastic but they are too new in my opinion and staffing seems to be an issue. Less English speaking staff than typical of that type of resort. They tried hard but I will wait a year or two before going back once they have worked out the kinks.

room service for food order takes over 45 min and not all food was available and was not that great. Also evening dining area needs to make a reservation ahead and if we miss it cannot walk in…. However, kids club was great and all the staffs members were great. House cleaning people are very good too. Clean our room regularly and appreciate it. Buffet areas is over all great service except Hamburgers are out quickly and my kids could not eat at all….

This was a new property with an upscale facility and a great dining experience. The hotel has friendly staff and great service throughout the hotel—multiple programs for all ages.

Forgot my car key in the hotel room. I called the front desk who's transferred me three times. The loss prevention representative told me I had to send an email request out, and she advised me she would call me back to have someone check the safe, but she never did. I had to call back just to be given the runaround. I did not get my key back and had to pay 1k for a replacement part. Word of advice: ensure you have everything before checking out because you'll probably not get your property back.

After a couple of negative reviews, we still decided to go visit this property. Overall, it is good. I will detail some pros and cons. Pros: 1. New and stylish. This property is very new, and the design is modern with a unique taste. I have to say they put a lot of effort into it. By walking in the property, I feel enjoyable. 2. The restaurants are well presented. Six restaurants: Asian, French, Italian, Mexican, Steakhouse and Mediterranean. The food is decent, the design is special to the restaurant theme, and the service is tentative. My favorite is the steakhouse and French. However, the Asians and French are adults only. 3. The bakery is a surprise. They have a really good bakery chef and you'll love the pastry and coffee there. 4. The kids club is really huge and there are many activities to get involved in, though the lighting is very "disco" style. Not sure why they dim the light for the kids club. Cons: 1-The buffet is definitely below average. Only breakfast and lunch are provided. Stations are spread and disorganized. Options are very limited. No mussels or fresh shrimp, let alone lobster or oysters. Very disappointed. 2-Staff are friendly but some are English limited, thus there might be some communication difficulties. 3-Many places are not open yet, for example the floating thing on the bay and the laser tag. I heard they will have another 6 months until fully open. 4-Mosquitos were everywhere. Not sure if it's the season or this property.
