Safe Location
The host Ricardo was very accommodating for check in and also allowed us to check out late. At one point we needed extra towels and blankets and he delivered them quickly. This is a gated community with security so we all felt very safe staying here. There is a convenience store within walking distance so that is nice.There were a few cleanliness issues and the shower water was cold but other than that we were happy there.

It was great to have a pool for our kids when the ocean was too rough for swimming. We really enjoyed the experience of taking collectivos (#69 especially) and busses, and living away from the tourist crowd. It did take two collectivos or buses to get to most sightseeing locations though, so if you want to be close this wouldn't be the best location unless you take taxis or rent a car. We were really happy with the space for our family of seven, and for how quickly we got a response to any questions or requests.

Cute home in Cancun
I really enjoyed my stay here. It was in a great location and I felt safe here. I was concerned about the AC but it worked very well here. It was equipped with drinking water, juice, and fresh fruits. The host was very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would change is we didn’t have any trash bags and the master shower was very messy and the water leaked out the shower. I think it needs a new shower head and a longer shower curtain. Regardless I wouldn’t miss out on the gem.

We enjoyed the pool, and always had it to ourselves. Residents are friendly and we felt very safe. The Circle K was convenient for buying coffee, and as a recognizable landmark for taxis and tour pickup point, etc.

Our stay was fine. Only improvements I would suggest is to make sure the furniture is dusted before each customer and ensure the glassware is clean to use. Also a couple more tv’s would be great but other than that place was good

Perfect for our family
Our stay was beautiful! The house fit our needs. I loved the little outdoor patio in the house. Our whole family absolutely loved the swimming pool!! Madeleine got life jackets for our kids to use since we could only pack one small personal bag on the plane. Those were a huge blessing!!! There were a couple minor issues with things working in the house, but they got them fixed very quickly. We are generally easy-to-please people, and things like these happen all the time in real life, so it did not bother us. I just mention it to leave an accurate review for other people. We chose not rent a car to get a more local experience for our children. Right outside the gate we took buses 26 or 69 to plaza las Americas and the city center (for ADO bus and Mercados 23 or 28), and from those places we switched routes to other destinations we wanted to visit. We speak Spanish so it worked for us. I’m thinking if you don’t speak Spanish, and therefore probably don’t want to take local transportation, definitely rent a car (assuming you feel comfortable driving there, which we did not, since we are not used to it, and had our children with us). It is not within walking distance to the beach or tourist attractions, but it’s a very nice and friendly gated community! It was a perfect place to stay for our family! We would definitely stay again!

This house is located in a gated community with 24/7 security. My friends and I felt very safe, and the host was lovely. The house was clean, showers were warm, pool was large, the neighbors were friendly, and we throughly enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again!

The property is a gated property with convenient stores and nice restauraunts within a short walk. Ricardo was very helpful and accomodating with all our needs. It is about 20 minutes by car from the beach. We did visit the beach twice during our stay, but also enjoyed the property's olympic sized pool. I did not have gps the first day which is not a good idea as the roads are confusing and not clearly marked. I needed to change my sim card, sold at the nearby convenient store, to activate my phone and gps. All and all a very nice trip and accomodations were wonderful.

This beautiful property is exactly as shown and is as comfortable as home. The property manager set up our airport transfers and our all of our transportation needs. We were met by Ricardo when we arrived and he went through everything with us. Any additional needs were handled quickly. This is will be our property of choice for our accommodation needs!!

Fantastic location and property! Ricardo was easy to contact and even went out of his way and arranged for dinner to be at the house when I arrived! The house is in a gated community with a few convenience stores right outside the neighborhood. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The house is just as spacious and clean as advertised. I’m beyond impressed by the hospitality of Ricardo and very appreciative.

This was a very spacious home. It fit our needs in comfort and safe place. It was stocked with minimal kitchen supplies. Most of the plumbing was older but still useable. We did have a problem with ants, the size of the hot water boiler and the single toilet but overall, laundry facilities, air conditioners, furniture and beds were comfortable and clean. After we learned how to get around this was a perfect spot. The swimming pool was not available for our entire stay.

Residential immersion experience
We enjoyed being removed from the partying Cancun. Ricardo was wonderful! He even took us to get our covid tests....twice (because they were out of tests the first time.) The house was a little older but sufficient. The air conditioners in each room had notices asking to please turn it off when leaving the house. There is a wonderful little sitting room upstairs with a TV and we spent a lot of time there. With the sliding door open it was a comfortable temperature but there was no ac in that space. There wasn't a clothes dryer because it had broken the week before and had not yet been replaced. Within walking distance was a corner store, several restaurants(including Dairy Queen) and Parque Urbana Kabah where we saw lots of different plants but missed the museum because it was closed on Sunday. Most people spoke some English. Taxi drivers were not familiar with where it was. We had a nice time but likely won't return to that area. If you're going, tell Ricardo hi for us. He was the best part of the stay, a wealth of local knowledge and wonderfully personable.

Amazing hosts made our vacation!
Ricardo was easy to contact and went out of his way to make things easier for us. On the plane heading there, I texted to ask if there were easy options for dinner take-out nearby because we were going to be starving by the time we got there. He went a step further and arranged for dinner to be at the house when we arrived. AMAZING! Then, a few days later, we were having issues with transportation and he came and picked us up. We felt so taken care of and I will go back in a heartbeat. The house is in a gated community with a convenience store with all the basic necessities there within easy reach. There are tons of restaurants within a 15 minute walk and a big grocery store too. There’s a well lit bike path to walk along and it seemed like a very nice area to us (still taking reasonable precautions). The house was clean and fairly well equipped. The pool is a little further than we anticipated (a short walk of about a block but too far for my elderly father). I’m still blown away by the hospitality of the hosts and so grateful. We will be back!
