Pros: This is a family resort with rooms that can accommodate larger families which is a huge perk. There is plenty to do on site - my kids’ favorites were the pools, beach, and game room. The AC was plenty cold and kept the room comfortable during day/night. All the staff were amazing! Cons: The rooms are outdated and need of renovation/repairs. I will say they were working on rooms as we were there so I’m sure it’s an ongoing improvement. There were vendors in the main lobby/commons area that were trying hard to sell their handmade goods. It was an every night occurrence which was pretty annoying as you weren’t able to walk to different areas without passing through there and getting hounded to buy things.

Great place for family time in pools, water slides, and kid activities. Reservations for specialty restaurants are a hassle but the food in the buffet restaurant is reasonably tasteful. Stay feels safe and well kept. Daily activities for the whole family made it very enjoyable. Only suggestion is fixing the restaurants that need reservations and have more meals offered in them not only dinner.

Food options were slim, same thing every day. Not enough beach chairs for the amount of people staying here. Long lines at pool bar amd only the lobby bar open other than that. My son lost his bracelet on the first day and they charged 50$ for a new one that fell off the second we turned around. The staff is great though! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time

The property is old. Not too many entertaining options especially at night. Food is soso not ideal but different people different taste. Overall OK but the facility is really getting old. There are a lot of shells in the beach sand we have to wear water shoes which is not convenient. Location is very convenient lot of activities/shopping to do not far away from the hotel. Room smells bad because of the washroom drain not sure if that applies to all the hotels in Cancun due to the humidity

i stayed in this property for 5 days and 4 nights, beach and swimming pool awesome, staff are good for certain point, they will server you for couple of times and then they show no intrest in your requests untill you tip them, the worst part of the trip is , there is no vegetarian option food. As an indian, i would like to have atleas plain rice and some bean. which i couldnt find. Reception staff are little rude. There are some agencies sells the xcaret and some more excursion tickets, i feel buying online was cheaper than here. over all a good resort with few minus

We enjoyed our trip! Couple tips ask your breakfast waiter for bacon. The Italian restaurant is walk in! We had a great time even during such a busy week, always felt safe to let the kids go places on their own. Bar tenders worked their butts off and so did all the other service providers!

Crown paradise service not good at all. Specially their service. Front desk never answer call. House keeper didn’t clean the room even we asked two times .they don’t provide towel after cleaning the room. Internet service is so slow and room air conditioners doesn’t work properly. After complaining everything they don’t care .worst all inclusive resort in Cancun. Only thing good is their food . Their restaurant is pretty good and food is delicious and restaurant service is good as well.

The highlight was definitely the stunning ocean view with direct access to the beach – while the waves were a bit lively, it was still a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy. The pools were excellent, and the layout of the resort made it easy to navigate. It’s not a luxury property, but it has a welcoming, family-friendly vibe that we appreciated. The food options and restaurants were good overall, though not exceptional. Staff were very friendly. Considering the fair price we paid, we felt it was a great value and were very satisfied with our experience - we definitely recommend and we’d come back!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
It was a nice resort, we had a lot of fun staying here. There was just a few things that was bothersome like loosing power for several hours twice also every time needed to reach the service desk one never pick up and it was ver inconvenient to go all the way there in person. Making reservations at the restaurants at the resort was a mess. Even with all that we had a good time.

Really great kids club and the water slides were super fun. Very family oriented which was the purpose of the trip, but because of that, we found it lacking for adults. Food was decent, but we did get food poisoning from the Asian restaurant at lunch one day.

Room was extremely noisy. Needs update. Mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. Elevators extremely slow. Staff is attentive as in all resorts. Food is average for an all inclusive. Kids water park doesn’t have an area for parents to enjoy, it’s a separate area where kids can be dropped off, parents can just stand there watching. Wouldn’t go again.
