The customer service was great, everyone was very nice and attentive. When we first checked in we had an issue with our room and they quickly switched us to a different room with a much nicer view and location within the resort. The resort itself is nice, it’s very kid friendly which was great since we were traveling with 7 children. It is very accommodating for the children but my only dislike was the arcade rule that children have to be 10 years or older. We were there celebrating my nephew’s 5th birthday and they would not allow him in the arcade with his father, even though the arcade was completely empty. The food was good but it’s a very limited spread when it came to the buffet. I was surprised that they didn’t have the standard chicken fingers/nuggets and French fries that kids love, you had to request it. The assortment of food at the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was also not the best, again very limited options.

From the minute we arrived we were treated amazingly. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The staff was always ready to help with any questions that popped up. This is definitely a family resort. They had so many activities to keep people engaged and yet were able to allow for kids activities and adult activities simultaneously. The rooms were very well maintained and very comfortable to sleep in. There were a few weddings there which made everything even more magical. The restaurants had good options for food so no complaints there. Overall I had a great time and will be returning with my family.

The property was very clean and well cared for. The staff was excellent at every restaurant and bar. The food was excellent. Mexican excellent, Hibachi x1 excellent, and Seafood( excellent but portions size of fish should have been larger). Italian was excellent. The elevator was out all week. There is no excuse for that. It was out on the day we arrived and magically fixed the day we left bummer. I did not agree with having children in the infinity pool sitting on the barstools that simply should not occur when the ages of the children are younger than 18. I blame the parents and not the children. Unfair to those of us who are old enough to drink alcohol and would appreciate a seat. Overall a good experience with just a few sore spots;)

It was loud and the beach and ocean area were much less than desirable. They did a VERY poor job of keeping the seaweed cleaned up; almost like they didn’t care.

Everyone was very helpful and attentive. I did not like that the dining was limited at night. Sometimes there were two restaurants closed and you had to wait an hour to eat

Employees were extremely rude and do not clean room after three days later even tho a request was made and confirmed that it was clean when it wasn’t serviced.

The good: Although the decor/aesthetic was a bit old fashioned the resort was well maintained and clean. The Bad: Every time we turned on the vent in the bathroom it smelled like a sewer, there was hurricane a few weeks ago so maybe that had something to do with it. The food was terrible, there is no other word to describe it. There were nights that I could not find anything enjoyable to eat and I had to settle just to curb my hunger. The Asian restaurant 3/10, Mexican restaurant 6/10, Sea side grill 0/10, Pool restaurant 6/10, buffet 0/10.

Loud music coming from property across the resort. Food portions were small. Staff member at check in was not pleasant. It was a long wait and we were never notified that our room was ready.
