Everything was nice. Very clean. The staff were helpful with any questions we had. However some of the restaurants weren't the greatest besides the world cafe.

They were not consistent with cleaning the room. Everyday was different. The hallways were chipped and paint was peeling. The food was absolutely horrific. Probably one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. All they do even in the hotel is harass you to buy more stuff or sell you a Hyatt membership for 30-50 years. They charged us $65 for the towels that got dirty. I love staying at Hyatts but this one I did not enjoy.

The property food is horrible. The room walls are thin. There is not a distinction for preferred guests when it comes to pool seating. The staff is nice is a perk.

We enjoyed our stay here. If we return to Cancun we would return. The property is beautiful. The beach makes it the best hotel on Cancun. The shallow beach area is awesome. The food was delicious with plenty of variety. They hosted theme nights. Ery impressive. The service was outstanding. My only issues were the pool closes at 8:00pm.

The property was nice. You can tell they need to update some things that are old or outdated. However they were doing something’s on the property to fix or update while we were there. Other than that the staff is amazing. Customer service is amazing. Anytime we needed help with something someone would come in a quick manner. The beach was very nice with clear beautiful water. The staff would come and maintain the beach due to some heavy rain they received earlier in that day. The food was good. Only wish the breakfast buffet food was hotter.

Would never go back to MEXICO Stayed here with family literally just came back 7.18.24 i can honestly say this was on r of the worst countries. I have visited. From the airport on to the hotel. The hotel appears nice when you’re entering however once you reach the room it’s old and ragged barely has running water coming out of the faucet. The food was terrible i was excited to leave hotel and get authentic Mexican food that didn’t happen. There was barely any entertainment there nothing for children to do besides the pool no kids splash pad nothing for this hotel To be family/kid friendly it was not. Everyday i woke up in pain from the bed being so hard my back was on fire. We had to call for towels everyday because housekeeping would leave none. The best thing about this property is the beach and pools other than that spend your money else where. There’s a Japanese restaurant that wasn’t bad however its hard to get a reservation if your not lined up outside by 2pm, because the hotel allows the people who are buying bottles of wine to take first reservations over anyone so if you’re not spending 300 or more on wine don’t waste your time thinking you’re getting hibachi. One of the workers in the preferred club restaurant freaked me out everyday he would coke up your table telling me how beautiful my 1year old daughter was. Then on the last day i felt as if he waited for my husband to walk away to ask where were from. Ofcourse i lied. It was creepy asf. JUST GO ELSE WHERE!!!!!!

We liked the pools and the beach was clean and there was a lot of shade. Our room was big, bed was comfy, and our view was beautiful . The food was bland and there were not a lot of vegetarian options. Especially at the buffet. We were not given the double room we ordered, despite paying extra for it. They also didn’t allow late check out, which was very inconvenient.

Food and drink options were great. The service and staff was fantastic! Down fall was strong smell of sulfur near elevators on one side of hotel. The elevators were tiny and fit about 6 people so had to constantly wait for next empty car. The pools tile were coming loose and the main pool was horrible missing so many tiles and had to be careful didn't cut feet. The water temp of pools were warm and not want want when its hot and humid.
