Food option is limited. They do not offer Al a cart lunch and no buffet at night. Food service is slow in all the restaurants and especially in the buffet restaurant. Room service food was cold at night. Coffee maker got broken but it was never replaced despite our request. Food quality was OK, Blue water cafe provided excellent meals day and night. Himitsu was the least restaurant that I recommend. Overall, it was OK facility but I will never go back for the price I paid.

Great service and very clean property. One annoying thing though is that they kept calling into my room while my family was asleep walking up my babies and wife. They call to try sell promotions or offers.

Didn’t like the fact that the buffet was closed for dinner service. There is a small limit of restaurants and they are not all opened at the same time but more on a rotation basis. Food could have been better as well. The beach is very tiny and not clean. Would only say a big shout out to Roberto the bartender by the asian restaurant he was awesome! Don’t think we will be to this property again.

Majority of the staff were nice. However( the sales men Allen was not so friendly after declining his sales pitch. The transportation AMstar never arrived for pickup to the airport after paying in advance. No one was able to assist us with this. Terrible service with charging us for a stark dinner without telling us. We were restricted with the VIP coupons received. We were not able to use majority of them. We will not return. This was a terrible and inconveniencing experience. We travel a lot and do not recommend. The hot tub was not hot.

The staff was great. The property is very nice. The rooms and the view are great. The taco stand was my only good experience with the food over there. The food at those restaurants was at time horrible, or just average. Again, that was my experience. So maybe I was there at a bad time. I hoping other people had better experience with the food.
