My stay overall was excellent, the staff always had a huge smile and always extremely helpful. If wasn’t for the set back right at the beginning I would have rated this a 5/5 for me. But for now I’ll rate it 4 stars.

was our first time in vista dream Cancun properties. The hotel was very very clean and the stuff all them one by one were nice and friendly. The beach was really clean and water activities were very enjoyable and fun. Most of them are included with hotel accommodation. Adult rooftop was also clean and very chill place. The only things that can be a little better is night life entertainment there was only a sport bar but no any night club for spending the time at the late night. But totally it was a really good experience for my wife and I to stay there.

Beautiful Property right on the beach. Pool was huge. My family had a great time. The spa was fantastic. The preferred club bar, restaurant and pool were a nice touch for adults only. Staff and service were consistently nice and helpful. The children’s club was so much fun for our little ones. The only mediocre area was the food. It was fresh and clean, never messed our stomachs up but was nothing spectacular. I really wish the food was better at the buffet and restaurants. We enjoyed the special theme nights by the pool, in those cases the food was authentic and amazing.

Beautiful hotel and super family friendly. We hung out at the kid pool during the morning with shade and then shifted to the main pool in the late afternoon following the shade. Great coffee shop! Great food options! Recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Their customer service is exceptional. The property the public bathrooms are very clean. There’s a variety of different entertainments during the day and evening. The food options are endless.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was approachable and willing to give their all to ensure you had a wonderful experience. Rooms were very clean and well mantained. Our housekeeper Jasmine was wonderful. The staff appreciated the tips but you never felt preassured. Adrian from the World Cafe was probably one of the best staff members we have ever encountered. Highly recommended.

This was our first international family vacation and our stay at Dreams Vista was incredible! From the dining options to the staff, everything was great. The kids activities and kids zone was helpful and fun form our children (5 yo and 7 yo) and provided us an opportunity to enjoy some much needed husband and wife time. Would highly recommended this resort. Views and the pool were amazing. 10/10!

Beautiful hotel! We had the pleasure of hosting our wedding at Dreams Vista and each staff member we had the pleasure of meeting, were so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay as wonderful as possible. Giselle was our wedding coordinator and she was such a pleasure to work with and made our wedding day feel like an absolute dream. Ana over at the Spa did an absolute amazing job with my wedding day makeup. And the staff at the preferred club lounge were super attentive! The food at the hotel was 10/10! The cafe, lobby bar and night club were definitely fun hang out spots for our guests. Only thing to watch out for are the unlimited vacation club sales people. If you are not used to these from other hotels, just keep this in mind when checking in and them wanting to impose their pitch on you. All in all Dreams vista will hold a special place in our hearts and can’t wait to go back!
